Chapter 17 - Knowing

Taz and Parker started to walk back towards the dorms. Parker seemed relieved that Taz was fine with the kiss but Taz was only thinking about Up on the walk back.

Taz wish she knew what she was actually thinking, but her mind didn't want to work like that. Once it got to the point they had to go their separate ways, Parker asked, "Do you want to meet up for dinner? -I mean like-eh- you get what I mean."

"Um... I think I'm going to go to bed." Taz said chuckling but not really thinking, almost dozed off into space.

"Alright. See you tomorrow."

Taz smiled slightly just a bit but it quickly went away. She turned going down her hallway as well has Parker did that led them to their rooms. "Why do you think about Up all the time? Should I tell Up that I had my first kiss? Should I even call him?... I somewhat know the plan..." she thought, "ugh, forget it. I will."

When she got to her room, her "friends" were in their gossip circle and her other "friend", Specs, as usual, was playing with her gadgets on her bed.

"Don't jou guys have homework?" Taz asked shaking her head as she closed the door and walked in.

"Where were you in PE?" February asked.

"Idiot, I told you-" Abby started but Taz interrupted.

"I was substituting for Up's class, combat."

"Yeah." Abby hit her.

"Oh. So, you're dating Parker now?-"

"No-"

February ignored her comment, "What happened to Up? You aren't cheating."
She paused, "Right?"

"Dead god no." Taz commented.

"So, who are you dating?" February asked.

"No one."

"Yeah..."

"Can jou guys get out of my life for like one second?"

February was silent for a minute and thought, "Nope." She replied jokingly but she was serious.

"I hate all of jou." Taz laid down on her bed. Abby and February went to her sides like that night they woke her up. "Could jou guys go away!?" Taz asked sounding serious.

"So you're not denying that you and Parker are dating..." Abby started.

"We aren't dating if dat's what jou needed specifically." Taz rolled her eyes.

"Ah well, February," Abby started getting up, "We can't break anything out of Taz..." Abby said and Taz did a slight chuckle of agreement, "So, we should just go to Parker about it-"

Abby started to fast walk towards the door but Taz grabbed her by the arm and pulled her back. "No, what're jou thinking!?"

"YOU LIKE HIM!" Abby exaggerated.

"NO I DONT!" Taz yelled back.

"YES YOU DO!" Abby yelled, "Then why did you stop me, huh?"

"Because jou would say something stupid like dat."

Abby paused, "Come on. Let me." She tried to pull out of Taz's grasp but it didn't work. "Shit." She said quietly stopping her pull.

"No!" Taz yelled, "Jou're an idiot- all of jou are!"

"That's not nice." February said sitting on the ground just watching.
