I groan, raising my hand to my pounding forehead. How much did I drink and when did I fall asleep. I shift, feeling something soft and warm under me. Where am I? I crack my eyes open and realize that I am still on the jet, but I not in my seat. I am leaning up against Yugi with my legs stretched across a dozing Malik and Marik. When did we get back in the circle we had formed for the game? And fuck my head hurts. Wait. A blush creeps across my cheeks. I am leaning against Yugi. I move slowly, afraid to wake up and find this to be a dream. I glance up to look at him and fall deep into his eyes, drowning in the deep amethyst pools. He smiles at me.
"Hello. How did you sleep?" Yugi asks.
"Mm..Good. I'm sorry for falling asleep on you," I grunt, trying to sit up all the while not elbowing Yugi or kicking Malik and Marik.
"It's okay. I'm use to becoming the human pillow for the guys. I've been told I make quite a soft and comfortable pillow to sleep on," he giggles.
I smile around my yawn, "Yes, you do make a very comfortable pillow."
"Yami," Seto appears, standing over me. I arch my eyebrow at him.
"What?" I ask; sounding a little bit more irritated than I had intended.
"No time to rest right now. As soon as we land in Hong Kong, you six are to go straight to the photo shoot. The photographer will not arrive for another few hours, but the crew will be there to help with your hair and makeup."
"Makeup?" the lines of Bakura's lips pull downward to form a scowl.
"Yes, Bakura, makeup. Don't worry, this photographer's crew is very good. You will not look foolish whatsoever," Seto responds impatiently.
"Wait! The photo shoot is right after the flight?" I snap at my manger. I try to sit up and realize immediately that I have sat up too quickly; my entire world turns upside-down and spins out of control. I groan, falling backwards into Yugi's chest. He lets out a little "mmph" as my head made contact with his torso. "I'm sorry," I mutter.
"It's okay," Yugi whispers. I close my eyes momentarily to try and get this spinning to stop. I let out a deep breathe of air and lay there, just listening to Yugi. His voice is so soft and gentle. Almost like a comforting purr that rattles deep within his chest. I can also hear his heart beat. His chest rises and falls with each silent breath he takes.
"Yami?" Seto states with an exasperated sigh.
I crack an eye open to glare at him for interrupting the moment, "What?"
"You have to get in your seat. We are landing in less than ten minutes," he offers his hand to me. I roll my eyes and accepted his hand. Yami: 7 Seto: 6. He pulls me to my feet and shoves me into my seat. The others take their seats as well; Yugi buckles himself into the seat next to me. I feel the steady decent of the jet as it prepares to land.
