A/N: Ello. Sorry for the delay. You know. Life happens and all those fun excuses.
Thank you for reading, voting, and commenting. I appreciate all of your support!
Umume279: Yugi! What did you do?!
Yugi: I didn't do anything. I just smiled.
Atemu: Oh believe me that's enough.
Yugi: What? How is that enough?
Malik: It's because you too adorable, Yugi.
Yugi: Am not!
Ryou: Yes you are and you know it!
Yugi: *blushes* Fine. I'm adorable. Happy now?
Ryou: Yes.
CapricornKitty1975: *Giggles* True. You just can't make Kura do what Kura doesn't want to do.
Jofisk: I'm glad you like the videos! I love that Wattpad has the ability to add pictures and videos to the chapters. I really think it does add that extra something to the chapter.
I do not own the song in this chapter. As much as I would love to be able to write songs, I am just not a song writer haha! The lyrics in this chapter are from the song Mother Earth and Father Time from the 1973 version of Charlotte's Web.
Please vote and comment. They are both loved to no end! Hope you enjoy the chapter.
Exhausting. If I had to describe the events of today in one word, I would absolutely without a doubt go with the word exhausting. First, the band joined me so contracts had to be drawn up and signed, then the flight from Domino, Japan to Hong Kong, China, and lastly the photo shoot. It was 3:30 am by the time we were checked into the hotel.
With the band joining at such short notice, the hotel is unable to accommodate all of us with our own rooms. Bakura and Ryou share a room, Marik and Malik, share a room, and Yugi shares a room with... you guessed it. Me. I am not sure if I am more over-the-moon excited or palm-sweaty-heart racing terrified. Both emotions are raging fairly evenly at this point.
I use the keycard to unlock the door to our room and hold it open for the overly exhausted little guitarist. Poor Yugi had not slept at all the night before. Deep dark circles discolor the pale skin under his eyes and his hair is completely disheveled. The amethyst eyed guitarist trips over his luggage while attempting to make his way over to the bed. He stumbles forward a few steps in an attempt to catch himself from falling. I release the door and wrap my arms around Yugi's waist. I feel the small form sway forward before it comes to rest against my chest. A small muffled comment escapes Yugi, but I did not catch what he said.
"What was that?" I whisper to him.
Yugi shifted slightly to glance up at me, the exhaustion so prominent in his amethyst pools, "I said thank you," he responded. He attempted to take another step and stumbled before finding himself leaning against my chest once again with a little 'mmmph' sound.
"Sorry," he whispered out around his yawn.
I chuckle, "Don't worry about it, Yugi. Let me help you to your bed." I lift him into my arms and carry him over to one of the beds. He groans and cuddles up with one of the many pillows; his beautiful eyes drooping the moment his head comes to rest on the pillow. Dazzling amethyst disappear behind his eyelids only seconds later. I remove his boots off of his small feet and place them off to the side. I pullthe blankets over his petite form and step back. I'm forgetting something aren't I? What am I forgetting? Oh! Right. My bag. I left it out in the hallway when I went to help Yugi.
