Chapter 33: The Candy Apples Arrive

A day later, the ALDC was at the millennium dance complex as the girls were warming up for the last day of rehearsals with Abby, Stanley, Allison and Gianna watching them as the moms were just lounging outside in the outdoor patio garden.

"What did you do on your day off, moms?" Melissa asked.

"Well, Abby, Chloe, Stanley and Myself all took a subway train ride to Pershing Square and after spending some time exploring the city, we came back and did some shopping at the Hollywood & Highland mall." Chrsiti responded.

"I bet it was fun." Holly predicted.

"It was, we admired the neon art at the Prrshing Square station."

"Me, Maddie, Mackenzie and Kalani all went to Universal Studios Hollywood." Melissa stated.

"Did you ride any of the movies?" Jill asked.

"We did and it was fun and when we rode Jurassic Park: The Ride, Mackenzie wasn't scared at all when we saw the animatronic t-rex."

"That's one brave girl." Kelly stated.

"Yep."

"I took Brooke and Paige to the Santa Monica Pier and we rode the roller coaster, ferris wheel and played some skee ball, Brooke won in skee ball." Kelly said.

Meanwhile, Cathy, the Candy Apples and their moms were seen walking down the street approaching the Millennium Dance Complex

"Are you all ready, my little apples?" Cathy asked her dancers.

"Yes we are!"

"Abby and crew better hold on to their national title because tomorrow, we are gonna go in there and dance our butts off and become the new national champs!" Justice said.

"And maybe, just maybe us winning the national title will make up for that second competition of the first half of the season when Abby and her moron of a son got me disqualified after they allegedly said that i was in the wrong age division." Erika added.

"Well, we'll see how much they'll laugh when we beat them." Sarah stated.

"No, they'll be crying back to Naperville worse than Glen Davis when Kevin Garnett yelled at him on the bench for the Celtics lead shrinking against the Blazers." Nicole told them.

"Can't wait to see their expressions when we beat them." Barb stated, then they arrived at the studio and were looking through a window and saw the girls just practicing their group dance.

"Ew." Cathy fake gagged, seeing Abby's rear end as the girls were dancing while Stanley, Allison, Gianna and the moms were all watching as well. "That's likely gonna blind you for days."

"Nobody wanted to see that!" Kim added, then she noticed Stanley. "And there's the long haired hippie moron son of hers."

"Stanley and his girlfriend are idiots, just like Abby and her band of losers." Justice stated.

"Abby may be big, but Stanley is an ever bigger dunce that talks to much." Kerisa added.

Back in Studio B, Stanley was hearing the dreaded voices of Cathy, her dancers and their moms and he rolled his eyes before looking at Abby. "Mom, the wicked witch from Ohio and her minions have shown up and are heckling us, like normal."

"Why am i not surprised? I had that feeling that they were coming and they think they can beat us, but they better think again because we have more talent then they do." Abby responded.

"We sure do." Allison agreed, then she noticed her boyfriend turn to the window where the Candy Apples were spying and hassling them with their heckling. "What are you doing, stan?"
