Friday
"Ayeeee! Get it bitchhh!" Marci yelled.
We were standing outside the hair salon and I had just got my hair done. I got a sew in so I had a few extra inches and I was feeling myself. Marci was currently hyping me up as I twerked and swung my hair from side to side.
We both burst out laughing and walked towards the car.
"Bitch, you is the bomb!" Marci said to me.
"Bitch stop playing! Cause you are slaying with this blonde hair. That was a good choice."
"It was. I was scared that it wouldn't look right but I love it." She began swinging her hair from side to side.
"It's littttt! We look good and now I'm hungry so let's go eat."
My store is coming along great, I spoke to the contractor on the phone this morning and so fair they've gotten some furniture in. The walls are painted and now I have to order inventory and get some workers.
It's Friday and it's pay day! Marci and I have been shopping for a few hours then we went and got our hair done. Now a bitch looks good and I'm ready to eat.
Marci pulled up in front of In-N-Out Burger because I was craving a good cheeseburger and so was she apparently.
We got our food and sat down at a table.
Beginning to eat, I started conversation.
"So what's up? How's life?"
"Welllll I met this guy...." She smiled while looking away.
"What?! Bitch, spill!"
"Okay! So I was in Starbucks the other morning geting some coffee and the guy behind me offered to pay for it so I let him. After I got it, I thanked him and was heading out when he stopped me and asked for my number. He was cute so I gave it to him." She shrugged.
"Well have y'all talked since then?"
She nodded.
"Yeah, we've done a bit of texting here and there. We're going on a date tomorrow night."
"That's great Mar Bar!"
I was genuinely happy for her and I hoped this worked out because Marci needed someone. My dad and I are just about the only family she has.
"What about you? How's the relationship life going?"
I sighed. "Girl. There's this girl he works with and she's just so thirsty over him. I mean the bitch keeps popping up and being hella disrespectful. Julian and I got into yesterday because of her. He claimed I shouldn't be so mad because he wasn't entertaining her and I'm like that's not the point, she don't know her place and she keep popping up being stupid disrespectful."
Marci rolled her eyes. "Do we need to pop up on this hoe and put her in her place?"
"Probably. Cause if he doesn't, I sure don't have a problem with it."
