"How long will it be before your next client is here?" Marissa asked me.

"About an hour." I told her while I continued to work on this sketch for the tattoo.

"Well you wanna go grab some lunch?"

I honestly don't know why the girl keeps trying so hard, I mean how many times do I have to reject her lunch offers before she gets the hint.

Before I could tell her no, I heard Rosanna's voice.

"He's good. I bought him lunch."

I looked up to see her coming in with a Cook Out bag in her hand.

"Who are you? His sister?"

Rosanna rolled her eyes, "No, his girl."

Marissa frowned her face up. "I've never heard him say anything about having a girlfriend."

"Cause it's none of your business girl. Why are you still here?"

"I work here."

Rosanna shifted her weight onto her left foot, "Okay so go do some work. Don't you have a tattoo or some shit to be doing? The fuck you still sitting in my man's face for?"

I sat back in my chair with a smirk on my face. I ain't gonna lie it sounded good to hear her calling me her man.

Marissa stood up, "Bitch cause I can! Your man ain't complaining." She smirked when she said that.

I watched as Rosanna sat the bag of food down in the chair and got in Marissa face. I could see a couple a people standing in the lobby watching so I decided now I should intervene.

I stood up from my chair, "Aye, y'all cut that shit out! Marissa take your ass on somewhere man. Don't you got some work to do or something? Shit. Close the door behind you too."

She looked at me as if she was shocked that I would ask her to leave. I saw a smirk appear on Rosanna's face but little did she know I was about to get in her ass too.

I walked around my desk as Marissa stomped out the room like a child, slamming the door behind her. I rolled my eyes and turned to Rosanna who was walking towards me.

I leaned against the desk with my arms folded. She held the bag of food up and smiled at me.

I guess she caught on to the fact that I wasn't happy because her smiled dropped and she frowned.

"What's wrong?"

I scrunched my face up at her question.

"What? You and Marissa just caused a whole ass scene where I work, in a place of business!" I began to raise my voice, yelling a bit.

"What the fuck you got going on? You come in here making a scene in my work place Rosanna!" I stood up off the desk and stepped closer to her. Raising my arm to point behind her, she flinched.

I furrowed my eyebrows as she stood there with her eyes closed, bracing herself as if she's waiting for me to hit her.

I took a step back, looking at her.
