Chapter Twenty : The Story of Señora Margareth

Margareth was really pissed and commanded all the guards of Sherlock to find Lucas and Anna. Some of the people are doubting her, some still believes her. 'This is not right!' she told herself. 'Is it true that Anna Marie Feliciz is the lost heiress of Casedona Princess Theresa?' she asked again.

Margareth throw her wine glass and yelled, "This can't be happening!" Margareth moaned, "I can't lose everything!" Margareth said.

*knock knock*

"Señora Margareth, your son is awaken." the maid said.

Margareth felt a relief and run straight to his room, Joaquin is badly beaten by the guards but Margareth thinks that Anna will use him against her so she hide Joaquin.

"My son, your alive!" Margareth said.

"Let me go, Mother! Let me go!" Joaquin yelled.

Margareth slapped Joaquin, "After everything I did for you, this is how you repay me?!" Margarth asked.

"Mother, after everything the Casedona did for you, this is how you will repay them?" Joaquin asked.

Margareth cried, "You know nothing,my son. Nothing! You don't know how I strive hard, they never loved me! They just adopted me so that they can get the people's trust, so they can show them how good they were. I did everything so I can fit in this family that I am worth it but they never showed it to me." Margareth wiped away her tears, "No matter how I try to prove what I am capable, Fabian is still the best."

Margareth was three years old when she got adopted by the Casedona, the people says that she is the luckiest girl in town but the people were all wrong. Doña Gracia hated Margareth for being adopted but Doña Gracia must show the people that they love Margareth.

5 years ago, Margareth sneak in to her parents's bedroom and found the Casedona necklace. She really wants to wear it because she feels like she is a true Casedona. Margareth wore it and went out. After a while, Doña Gracia finally noticed that the necklace is already gone. She was very mad and wanted to kill the one who stole it.

Margareth came to her mother to tell that she did not stole the necklace but just want to try it but Doña Gracia didn't believe her.

Doña Gracia slapped Margareth, "You came from a family of thieves!" she yelled, "You don't deserve to wear this because you are not a Casedona!" Doña Gracia yelled.

Don Romualdo came in, "Even you, Gracia don't have any right to wear it because you are not a Casedona too!" Don Romualdo grabbed the necklace, "No one will be wearing this." Don Romualdo said.

Margareth was hurt because of it, she even wanted to leave the mansion but Fabian came to her room and hugged her, "Forget what Mother has told you, okay?" he said.

Margareth hugged him back, "I don't even deserve the necklace, brother." Margareth said.

"No, of course not! You deserve that necklace, it must be worn on your neck not on mother." Fabian told her and kissed her forehead.

"But I am not a Casedona." Margareth sadly said.

Fabian smiled at him, "You are not a Casedona by blood, but you are a Casedona by heart." he said.

Margareth felt really accepted because of what Fabian said but then she still had the anger with her brother. Their parents always see the best of Fabian, he is tje perfect son, perfect Casedona and Margareth is just a big mistake to the family.

Margareth became a disgrace in the family especially when Margareth became pregnant at the age of sixteen with his boyfriend Thomas but left, Margareth were sent to the town of Sophia to stay there until she gave birth to her son Joaquin. Margareth stayed there for 5 years and finally Thomas came back to him but had an affair so she decided to kill him and then went back to Sherlock.

Margareth became so depressed, she even committed suicide, luckily Fabian saved her.

"What are you doing, Margareth?" Fabian asked angrily, "You've disappointed me!" He said.

"I've always been disappointing all of you!" the crying Margareth said.

Fabian hugged Margareth, "You never disappointed me, Margareth. Please, you are better than this." Fabian told her, "Think about Joaquin, you will be proud of him when he grow up." Fabian assured.

Margareth cried all along, but she now felt happy and calm that her brother Fabian was there for her. She finally felt safe, finally, someone loved her truly.

Margareth took care of his son Joaquin, and Joaquin became the student of Fabian. Fabian saw the intellegence of Joaquin this is why he wanted to teach Joaquin to be a better Casedona. Until, Joaquin married the peasant's daughter. Margareth hated that girl because Don Romualdo really love Fabian's wife, the love that she never felt from her own family. She made her life mesirable.

Until one day, Fabian brought a child, a lovely little girl they named it Princess Theresa. A real Casedona, a girl, she was the favorite of Don Romualdo this is why Margareth became more jealous.

Everything changed one day after she heard the conversation of Fabian and Don Romualdo.

"Can we just give the necklace to Margareth, Father? So she can feel that she is loved." Fabian asked.

Don Romualdo smirked, "You know our family's tradition, son. She is incapable." he said.

"Father, Margareth proved everything to us. She became a good Casedona." Fabian said.

"If I will give the necklace to Margareth, then your daughter will not have anything. Margareth will be my heiress and not your daughter." Don Romualdo said.

Fabian shook his head, "Father, no." Fabian said.

"Margareth must be lucky that she is holding our name but I will not   give her what my granddaughter deserves." Don Romualdo said.

Margareth became mad and jealous again. Even her father do not treat her as a part of the family.

'I deserve what I deserve!' Margareth told herself. She wants to get rid of Princess Theresa but she can't because of the security of the child until she found out the secret of Fabian, a secret that she used to ruin Fabian's life because of jealousy.

When Margareth remembered everything she just cried, "I don't want to lose what I deserve my son." Margareth said

Joaquin looked at her, "Mother, we don't deserve this. Mother, I love you." he said then cried.

"Liar!" Margareth shouted, "You traitor me! You are the only one I have but you choose to leave me." she cried hardly.

"Because everything is wrong! We don't deserve everything, Mother." Joaquin said.

"I deserve it all! I deserve everything it all! I am not gonna let you out of here, you are not gonna leave me! No one will leave me ever!" Margareth said and stormed out of Joaquin's room.
