Chapter Five

Harlow walked back inside the cabin back to the bedroom where Aaron was sitting there on the bed, he looked up at her and stood up

"Hey is everything okay babe?" Aaron asked

"No it isn't Aaron we need to talk" Harlow said crossing her arms over her chest

"I know I'm moving too fast I'm sorry" Aaron said walking closer to her

"I shouldn't be here I knew this was a mistake" Harlow said backing away

"Babe what is going on? I didn't hurt you and I'm not going to" Aaron said putting his hands out

"Jax is on his way here, he is bringing me home" Harlow said

"Why did you call Jax? Are you scared because I told you that i loved you? I am sorry that is how I feel. I think I loved you the second I laid eyes on you" Aaron said confessing his love

"I cant love you Aaron I am sorry" Harlow said

"Why? We were doing so good I thought" Aaron said

"I can't love you if I am married. I am sorry" Harlow said

"Babe don't do this, please. I thought you wanted to find yourself?" Aaron asked

"I did. This cabin" Harlow began "This cabin was the first time Jax and I made love in, that water down there was where we spread my mothers ashes after she passed"

"Is that all you remember?" Aaron asked

"No, I remember everything. Jax and I got eloped at city hall behind my fathers back. my son Jason isnt mine, Jax had an affair. I overdosed twice in my life and I remember my mothers pancake recipe that I make for my kids" Harlow said

"So you and I can't be together?" Aaron asked

"No. I am sorry but I love my husband, so much. He was there for me through everything in the last five years and he will continue to stand by me for the rest of our lives" Harlow said

"Are you sure I cant change your mind?" Aaron asked walking closer to her

"Aaron please don't do this. You aren't going to be able to change anything. I can't love you. At first before I remembered yeah I probably could have but those words you said to me the way you said it, where we are. It all came back everything" Harlow said

"Are you sure you want to go back to being a stay at home mom and a house wife?" Aaron asked

"Its more then a stay at home mom and a house wife, in my world I am an old lady. I have duties and one of those is to remain faithful to my old man" Harlow said

"I want to be with you Harlow. And if that means going up against Jax then so be it" Aaron said

"You don't want to do that" Harlow chuckled

"I know who he is Harlow. I am just as dangerous as he is" Aaron said

Harlow looked closely at Aaron, knowing that Aaron didnt stand a chance against Jax

Jax didnt think he could drive fast enough, he was going to take the bike but he was afraid that Harlow wouldnt of wanted to ride all the way back from Lake Tahoe on the bike. As soon as he hung up the phone Jax rushed across the street to wake Happy up to come sit with the kids until he came back with Harlow. Pulling off the main road down the dirt rode Jax felt flutters in his stomach, he was pretty postitive he cried when he heard Harlow say that she remembered everything. He needed her back and he was only a few feet away from her. Jax put the SUV in park and turned it off as he ran to the door and opened it

"Harlow?" Jax called

Harlow came walking out of the kitchen and took a deep breath as she looked at Jax, Jax knew right there she was back, the light in her eyes was there again Harlow bit her lip as they walked slowly towards each other

"Hey there beautiful" Jax smiled

"Hey there handsome, i missed you" Harlow said as Jax's hands cupped her face and tangled in her hair

"You gonna kiss me like you mean it or what?" Harlow joked

Jax crashed their lips together, he felt Harlow melt in his arms as he deepened the kiss, parting from each other Jax rested his fore head on hers

"I love you babe" He whispered

"I love you too baby" Harlow whispered back

"Jax i dont think you should be here, Harlow belongs somewhere she is happy" Aaron said walking out from the kitchen as Jax wrapped his arms around Harlow

"She is happy, I told you that you needed to stay away from her but you didnt want to listen. I'd be feeling pretty lucky if I were you. I let you off the hook for this long" Jax said

"She was happy with me, we have been having a great time together havent we babe?" Aaron asked

Harlow took a deep breath "That was when my mind isnt right, I knew there was a few reasons why I havent been able to sleep with you. One being I have always remained faithful to Jax and the second being the things that I went through"

"But I can help you. I know tons of doctors that can help you" Aaron said

"I have my doctor. She is someone who I can trust and she will help me" Harlow said

"I think you are making a mistake" Aaron said

"No. I did make a mistake. Now I am making the right choice by leaving here with my old man and going home to my kids, because i want to surprise them when they wake up and make them pancakes" Harlow said lacing her fingers with Jax's

Aaron stood there as he watched Jax and Harlow leave the cabin knowing that wasnt the last time he was going to see Harlow and Jax Teller.

Once Jax and Harlow got into her SUV Jax looked over at her

"I'm sorry I didn't stay baby, I just.." Harlow began

"Babe its fine, Im just glad you are back" Jax said

"I am, Thank you for coming to get me baby" Harlow said as she touched Jax's face his hand falling into her hand

"No need to thank me babe I just want to lay next to you. I want to feel you" Jax said as he started the truck

"I cant yet baby I want to but I need to see Dr. Zoe first" Harlow said

"I understand, let me hold you then while you sleep. I want you to feel safe" Jax said touching her leg

"I already feel safe baby, take me home so i can see my babies, all of them" Harlow said as Jax put the truck in reverse and backed out of the driveway
