Chapter Seven

Jax walked in the house, he texted Harlow earlier and said it was going to be a later night and if she wanted to talk another night it would be fine but she insisted they do it tonight, he found her sitting in the kitchen with a glass of wine

"Hey babe" Jax said taking his kutte off and hanging it on the back of the chair

"Hey baby" Harlow said as Jax kissed her cheek and went to the fridge for a beer

"Day went good?" Jax asked opening the beer and taking a sip of it

"Yeah, Dr. Zoe said its a good idea that I talk to you" Harlow said

"Okay well I am all ears babe" Jax said

"Okay, well this isn't going to be easy to hear Jax are you sure?" Harlow asked

"Yes I am sure" Jax said

"Okay if its too much for you just tell me to stop. I don't really know what happened from the time i left here till I woke up, but i didn't have any pants on. I didnt know where they were but I was tied up to a pipe in basement one guy tried getting frisky but I was able to kick him off, then the guy in charge he came in" Harlow began as she closed her eyes, Jax's fingers lacing with hers "He made the other guy move me to the bed and tied my wrists to the bed posts laying me face down"

Jax felt his anger rise he knew it was going to be hard to listen to "How many times?" he asked closing his eyes trying to keep the tears from falling

"Eleven" Harlow whispered

"How did you get out?" Jax asked

"When they guys were out I was able to get one of my wrists free and untie the other one and I was able to get out. I looked all over for my clothes but I couldnt find them. I was so disoriented from a blow to the head earlier that day I knew i wasn't going to make it far but i needed to try. I'm not sure where I ended up that part is still fuzzy I just remember Aarons dog licking my face and I woke up. And had no idea who or where i was" Harlow asked

"So the guys who took you are still out there?" Jax asked

"Yeah I think so." Harlow said

"Do you have any idea who?" Jax asked

"yes and no. the voice was familiar but I cant put a voice to the name" Harlow said

"You are safe now you know that right?" Jax asked wrapping his arms around Harlow

"I do, thank you baby for always making me feel safe" Harlow whispered

Jax brought Harlow's lips to his as his hands tangled in her hair

"I want you to love me baby" Harlow whispered

"Are you sure?" Jax asked

Harlow nodded her head. "I need you Jax I need to feel loved"

Jax took Harlow's hand and walked back to the bedroom with her standing there Jax rested his hands on her hips as they kissed Harlows hands sliding Jax's shirt up over his head as she kissed his chest a feeling of her lips on his skin was something she missed greatly hearing Jax moan slightly as she raked her nails down his chest Jax scooped her up and placed her on the bed hovering over her kissing her neck as his hand ran down her side and hooked on her sweatpants. Harlow grabbed her hand and stopped him

"What is it babe?" Jax asked

"I'm sorry I cant do this tonight. Everything is so fresh from my appointment today" Harlow said as a tear ran down her face

"Its fine babe, but you know i am not going to hurt you" Jax whispered as his hands cupped her face

"I know. I just dont think i am ready atleast not today" Harlow said sliding off the bed and walking into the bathroom and locking the door

Jax stood at the door his forehead resting on the door as he heard Harlow cry, he wanted to be there for his wife but she was shutting down and he didnt know what to do.

Harlow stood at the window and looked outside as she cried she wanted to be able to give herself to Jax like an old lady should but she couldn't looking out the window Harlow's eyes squinted as she watched a black SUV drive by slowly not once but twice. Wiping away her tears and making sure she looked some what decent she opened the bathroom door to see Jax standing there. Harlow looked up at Jax and smiled "I'm sorry, I love you so much Jackson with everything I have I want you to know that" Harlow said cupping Jax's face and bringing it closer to hers kissing his lips

"I know you do babe" Jax said as a knock on the door came from the hall

"Who is here at this hour it better be important" Jax said angrily as he walked down the hall

Harlow took a deep breath she knew exactly who it was, walking to each of the kids rooms and making sure the doors were closed

"What do you want?" Jax asked as Aaron stood in the doorway

"I came to talk to Harlow it is important" Aaron said looking directly at Harlow

"You and her have nothing to talk about anymore, she is my wife" Jax said crossing his arms over his bare chest

"I think you need to let me in" Aaron said showing his federal agent badge

"You're a fed?" Harlow asked getting angry

"Sure am and the three of us are going to have a nice little talk here or we can go down to the station" Aaron said

"We aren't doing anything wrong, there is no reason for you to be here" Jax said

"I think there is" Aaron said looking at Harlow again

"Just let him in Jax see what he has to say and then he can go on his merry way" Harlow said

Jax looked over at Harlow confused as why she was letting a federal agent in his house. making a mental note to ream juice for not finding out Aaron Price was a federal agent

Jax followed Aaron up to the kitchen where Harlow had the coffee pot going

"Why are you here Aaron?" Harlow asked

"You know why, I gotta take you in" Aaron said

"No you dont I haven't done anything wrong" Harlow said as Jax stood by her side

"She is right she hasn't done anything wrong" Jax agreed as he slung his arm over Harlow's shoulders

"Oh she has, she never reported" Aaron smiled

Harlow's face dropped and she felt faint

"Reported what? she talked to the cops about the kidnapping" Jax said getting angry

"Reported to her superior" Aaron said

"Her what? Babe what is he talking about" Jax asked

It was done. Everything was about to be over with the next words that came out of her mouth

"My superior officer" Harlow said

Jax yanked his arm off of Harlow's shoulder

"You're what?" Jax asked his brow raising

Harlow was frozen, everything was crumbling

"Jackson Teller. Meet Special Agent Harley Lowman" Aaron smiled
