Chapter 9

~Olivia's POV~

"Yeah..." I said again but Cam seemed to be zoned out. I bit my lip and snapped my fingers in front of his face.

"Cameron?..." He blinked a couple times and came into focus. Before I could ask if he was okay, he grabbed my arm and hugged me tighter then I expected. I yelped and he sobbed into my shoulder.

"I'm so sorry Olivia..."

~Cams POV~

When my vision came back into focus I looked at her one more time. It was her. I pulled her into a tight hug and tears started to drip down my cheeks.

"I'm so sorry Olivia..."

I pulled back and wiped the tears from my face.

"Erm....Are you okay?.." She asked nervously.

"Olivia. It's me Cam..."

I looked at her with hope in my voice but she looked at me as if I had gone crazy. The cold reality sunk in.

She doesn't remember me...Does that me...she doesn't remember...Taylor?..

"Do you remember me..A-And Taylor?" I stuttered not believing this was the same Olivia.

"Um...I just barely found out about you guys let alone have time to forget you..." Olivia whispered softly and bit her lip.

My heart squeezed in my chest.

So it's true...

I wiped a stray tear and took in a deep breath. I quickly finished wrapping her bandage and took her hand. Slowly I took her out to the stage. The boys were still goofing around. I held Olivia behind me.

Carter was the first to see me and smiled. "Where you been bro?" He asked.

I gently tugged at Olivia's hand and brought her into view.

Carter's eyes went wide and he dropped the microphone in his hand.
