Chapter LXX - THE BOMB

Nic's princess costume bounces up and down as she jumps in excitement with her hands clasped together waiting for her mom to finally hand her the brown and white puppy she has in hand.

"Eeeeeeeeee!!!" She giggles as her mom gets near her and she sees the puppy closer.

"I's a woooof!!!" She dances her bum reaching for the Siberian husky puppy Gabrielle is gently passing on to her now.

It's fur is the colour of mocha.

"He's got bwu eyes too!!!" She beams in excitement before hugging the little wolf in an embrace. Gabrielle's eyes are smiling as she watches her daughter falling in love with the puppy she's giving her before she sits on the grass just anyhow so that she can embrace the puppy and pet it on the head.

"Oh Nic, your dress..." she whispers while making a face and she feels Vincent giggling beside her before he wraps an arm around her waist.

"It's her day." He whispers looking at their two year old not giving a care about anything anymore but on the puppy that is resting over her lap as she sits on the grass inside the secret garden.

"You've got one more present, Nic." He says trying to get her attention but she just ignored him now.
He feels Gabrielle giggling this time.

"She's gonna ignore you now." She whispers as her hand gently touches the top of his tummy.

"Aherm! I'll return the pony to the farm now..." he says watching Nic struggling to stand up on her two feet, the puppy still in her arms before it barks loudly once and Nic giggles.

"Bwu!!! We'we gonna see the pony now!!!" She squeezes the puppy in her arms before looking at her father.

"Dada!!! Pony!!!" She demands making Gabby shake her head beside him with a smile on her face.

Vincent looks at the direction of where the pony is and Veronica immediately brings "Bwu/Blue" on the ground before she runs off with the puppy running after her towards the lakeside.

"Come hewe Bwu!!! Quick!!!" She waves at the small chubby puppy that looks more like a wolf before she throws her little arms around the body of the young pony in front of her. Just on the foot of the bridge above the lake.

"So what are you gonna name her?" Asks Vincent after he and Gabby followed their overly excited angel.

"I wiw name her... Pearl!!! Wike her cowor!" She beams before trying to ride the pony that just throws her a look before neighing and stomping her feet.

"Uup!!!" She holds on to the saddle as she tries harder to throw her foot above its body only to fail as she's still so short to ride the bigger mammal.
Blue barks at Nic while wiggling his tail before Nic falls on her bum down the grass. Vincent picks her up readying himself to hear her cry but Nic just pushes his hands away before jumping on Pearl's back once again and falls back to the ground.

Gabrielle starts laughing at that before she herself finally grabs Nic under her arms and brings her down on the saddle resting on top of the pony's back.

Nic motions her body like she's riding a horse and Pearl neighs again feeling the little lady on top of her. Letting Nic imprint her with the physical contact she's doing now.

"Mommy!!! Make her wun!!!" She looks at her mum pleadingly before Gab reaches out for her face and kisses her temples.

"Baby, you have to train first before Pearl runs with you."

"Mommy twain me puhweeeease!!!" With hands clasped together like she's praying, Nic wiggles her chubby bum while pouting ay her mom.

"You start the training tomorrow baby... for now, let Pearl rest first. She's been away from her mum and has to get used to our place before you play with her, alright? You can play with Blue for the meantime." Gabrielle explains and Nic nods at her with a smile before throwing her hands around her neck and allows her to bring her down again.
