Gabrielle watches her daughter who is seating on the high chair in between her and Vincent as they dine in together for a sumptuous dinner that Vincent has prepared for them. He roasted a turkey with raspberry jus and prepared some fresh mashed vegetables for her daughter. Veronica keeps on glancing at the tall masculine man she now loves calling dada. Vincent would also throw a glance every now and then at the toddler tyrant he is having a dinner with for the first time.

Shaking his head with a smirk when every time he would glance at her, Veronica would look away and pretend that she's busy with her own meal---her eyes slowly moving up to peek at him again and again as she bows her head and plays with her food inside the bowl in front of her.

Gabrielle has been watching the same scenario for the past ten minutes now. Her eyes are pinned on these two bloody troublemakers who still have traces of raspberry purée on their skin.

Reaching for Nic's lips, Gab pats on the small bits of broccoli on its side before secretly glancing at Vincent whose eyes have also been focused on the toddler. Only that when Gabrielle glanced at him that time, he was about to put a piece of turkey inside his mouth and he flinches in pain as he reaches for his cheek that has a huge bite mark on it now.

Gabrielle looks at Veronica who also witnessed the way Vincent flinched because of pain. Her lips pouting in embarrassment and Gabrielle realizes that her daughter has been checking on him all this time. Looking at the now swollen bite mark on his cheek that she herself has marked him with.

Gabrielle shuts her eyes closed as she looks away with a tightly pursed lips. She clears her throat after trying not to burst out laughing only to fail when Vincent throws her a confused glare while Veronica pouts at her with an embarrassed frown written all over her cute little face. With Vincent flinching again before reaching for his blood stained cheek, Gabrielle could only try harder not to laugh out loud seeing her daughter throwing him an apologetic look once again.

Not that he's getting why Nic keeps on glancing at him like she wants to reach out her hand to his cheek and caress her bite mark to make sure he's fine with it. Of course Gabrielle knows the looks on her daughter's face so well.

Gabrielle looks away as much as she could as her shoulders begin to shake. The obvious suppressed laughter turning into a hysterical one when she looked at him again, in his hand is the fork he is rather gripping on too tightly like he could stab her with it for having fun at him as his left hand covers the almost ripped cheek of his handsome face.

"It isn't funny Bella..." he says with gritted teeth--annoyed at how much his swollen cheek amuses her that she couldn't stop laughing now. But at the same time he also feels lighter seeing her laughing a suppressed laugh even if it's all because he's got bitten by their daughter so bad he looks like he was attacked by a mad hyena or something.

God he really can't move his muscles normally because of the stinging pain on his cheek every time he opens his mouth or chews on his food.

"Ppppfff.." she tries her best to stop laughing now as she turns to them again and tries to focus on her food.

But Veronica glancing once more at Vincent with that embarrassed face of hers just cracked Gabrielle up.

"Gabrielle..." Vincent warns her as he looks at their daughter whose eyes are now moist with tears but even before Gabrielle could stop herself from laughing her arse out, Veronica begins crying out loud out of embarrassment.

She looks at her mom accusingly for having fun at what she did to her dada on their very first meeting before throwing the baby fork she was holding.
