I open my eyes to see Levi's bare back in front of me, his shoulders relaxed. His breathing is light, and I can tell by his position that he's still asleep.

After fluttering my eyes, I run my fingers over his spine, noticing the tattooed wings on him. It's hard for me to imagine Levi with a tattoo, but I trace over the Wings of Freedom softly, the blue and white ink on him a captivating comparison with his pale skin.

He turns around and lets out a sleepy noise, blinking rapidly. "Estelle?"

"Yeah?" I ask.

"What the hell are you doing?"

Blushing at his foul use of language, I roll my eyes. "What time is it?"

"I'm not sure," he closes his eyes and plants face first onto the bed, rolling over again.

I sit up and cross my legs, poking at his shoulders. "How un-captainlike of you. You're really not a morning person, are you?"

"Shut the fuck up," he groans.

"At any rate, we need to get up," I mutter, climbing over him. I freeze when a familiar voice calls from outside of the doorway.

"Shorty," Hanji knocks about seven times before Levi finally gets up. He cracks the door open slightly, and hisses, "What is it?"

"Is Estelle in here?" I hide deeper into the corner, holding my green Survey Corps cape against my half-exposed chest.

"Yes," Levi replies, and I wince. Hanji pokes her head inside the door and I can feel her smile radiating across the room.

She jumps in and begins cackling once she sees our uniforms folded up near his bed. "What all did you two do last night? Estelle, I told you this would happen!"

My face reddens as she continues speaking, and I look away, hoping when I look back she won't be there, as though she's just an apparition.

"We didn't do anything like that," Levi snaps, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Could you leave so I could get dressed?"

"You're telling me what happened later on," Hanji whines. "And Estelle, come see me at breakfast."

I nod and let out a sigh of relief when she leaves, shutting the door behind her.

"Why would you let her in?" I mumble, grabbing my clothing.

"She'd have come in even if I didn't open the door," he pulls a white shirt over his shoulders.

"Hm?" I look at him curiously. "Seeing you in your old clothing is odd. I've grown used to seeing you in uniform."

"I could say the same to you," he starts buttoning the shirt with his eyes closed. "You haven't worn my old jacket since that Titan brat brought it up."

I bite the inside of my cheek and snap, "His name is Eren."

"Either way," walking over to me, he grabs my shoulders and pulls me close against him, "he likes you."

"Whatever," I roll my eyes. "I'm sure he and Mikasa have a thing. And I still have your jacket..."

"Don't be stupid," he mutters, resting his chin on my head. "He's been flirting with you since I've met him. Well, up until that show you put up last night."

"I didn't want to offend him," I sigh. "I just feel as though his views are one-sided. It's easiest to understand Armin."

"I see."

"I think I'm going to go find Hanji now." I pull away from him and leave the room.

Making my way to the dining hall looking for Hanji, I'm stopped by a very unsettled Armin.
