Lunch

Like I said he was one of the "popular" kids cause that who he sat with.

I linked with Michelle, she got lunch. We went and sat down, talking about our day so far then started talking about Him. 

"Have you seen him?" Michelle asked.

"I have, he's in my 5th and 7th period." I said like I didn't care about him but I did.

"Make a move" She said sternly, serious.

"Yes, he's cute..who I'm I kidding, he finer than a motherfucka but sweetheart I don't chase niggas because it make girl look desperate for love and newsflash, I'm not desperate for love, honeybun" I said sternly also with a smirk.

"That's what they all say" She mumbled under her breath, thinking I didn't hear her.

"Excuse me, what was that?"

"How you gone make him notice you, at least?"

"Nothing" I smirked,

New Guy Pov 

Its actually more welcoming then I thought. I came to Atlanta from Florida because of my parents' "job", which is classified. They're from Haiti, they worked together to build up a family business, then moved Florida, where I was born. So they're the "rags to riches" scenario. Enough about my parents because I might accidentally say what they do for a living.

I got to choose the school I wanted, I chose Bluford High cause it closer, anyways.

I am currently in lunch right now, having a good time, talking to new people. And them telling me everything I needed to know from the cafeteria being separated by "status" to the Principal's hair loss problem.

I hope this Junior year is filled with surprises. I thought

I look across the cafeteria and saw this female, in a white well- fitted dress, hugging her amazing curves, sitting not facing me, though.

I turned to Calvin and asked who's that.

"Mann, you don't want that shit!" Calvin said

"Why, what the problem with her?" I asked.

"That's Tanya Campbell and nothing, its just that she's one of the "others" kids, besides she fat."

"Stop, don't disrespect a female like that." I said a bit angrily.

"Whatever man. Why ask though?"

"Nothing, just asking, no particular reason."

"Aight then" he said

There's like a magnet that's attracting me to her but I don't know why. I have to get to know her, I thought to myself.
