jane, pepper, sharon, laura, and loki were sat at the round table. there was a gorgeous chandelier just above the center, and an assorted tray of treats. tea and coffee was dispersed.

the meeting began:

"i called this meeting today because an issue has arisen," jane stated. "the fangirls are back."

gasps were dramatized around the table.

"not the fangirls!" pepper exclaimed.

"it's true," jane confirmed grimly. "they've created 100,000 new twitter accounts, 500,000 tumblr blogs, and 600,000 instagram pages in the last year. the fandom has reached a new peak. they've doubled the last ten years in just one. it's a nightmare."

"i'll say," loki agreed. "it's getting out of the human hand. there are hundreds of new wattpad fanfictions surfacing every lunar month. some accounts have up to ten of their own brood-"

"i'm sorry," sharon interrupted, "but why's he here? he's not a girlfriend or even a girl."

"he's an honorary girlfriend," pepper butt in. "the avengers don't quite accept him yet, and he's really quite sweet." pepper hushed her voice to finish her statement to sharon, who was right next to her.

loki nodded meekly. he appreciated their kindness, but he knew how odd it was.

"so, ladies and loki, what're we to do about this?" jane questioned.

random thoughts were spilled out. useless ideas were voiced.

"what if," started laura, "we give them what they want?"

"and what's that?" sharon questioned.

"a first-come, first-serve avengers adult party," laura stated with all confidence.

jaws dropped, the room silenced, faces blushed. laura sat straight, staying solid.

"a what?" loki asked, genuinely confused. they forgot he wasn't familiar with the terminology.

"like a strip party, like magic mike?" sharon asked. laura nodded.

"it'd all be avenger themed. we could host it at the tower. i figure there'd be twenty or thirty people and lots of drinks. the most naked our boys would be is briefs, at the very limit. we'd clear everything with our boys of course, make sure they're okay with it all. we'd go over the rules with the guests and any infringement means they get kicked out."

"it's really not a bad idea," jane thought out loud. loki's confusion, however, transitioned to horror. he was too dumbfounded to input anything.

"we could all be servers to keep an eye on everything. we could wear costumes too, if we want to," sharon added.

"they could wear risqué versions of their usual getups," pepper giggled like a schoolgirl.

"am i the only opposer?" loki beckoned. the others exchanged glances and nodded. "well, i supposed you've won."

"great!" jane exclaimed.

---

it took a lot of swaying to get the avengers to agree. natasha had nodded out, perfectly content with being a bartender and not a stripper. wanda would be flying home for that weekend anyway, so she wouldn't have to watch her brother strip. she was glad to say the least.

the fandom was alerted and twenty-five tickets were sold within ten minutes.

the girlfriends bought avengers-themed party favors and avengers-themed plastic china. the boys got in their dirty little outfits. everything was set.

they made it through the night with only two fangirls and one fanboy getting kicked out for grabbing at steve, pietro, and bucky.

all and all, it was a great night.

even loki had fun.
