Chapter 29: It's A Brawl in The Family

A/n: Well guys the only thing I really wanted to do for the past few days was write and now 3 parts spread across three days. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep doing this, but hopefully, I might.

Your POV

You were following Weiss and Ruby to who knows where. You kept following them and you all eventually arrived at the main avenue up to the docking bay

"Weiss! What is the big deal!? Who is it? Who is she!?" Ruby asked catching up to Weiss

"Winter." Weiss stops and smiles at the sight

You look ahead of Ruby and Weiss. There you saw her sister Winter Schnee, escorted by crimson-colored Atlas Soldiers and Atlesian Knight-200's as she exits her airship.

"Wait... Your sister?" You asked

Weiss cups mouth and yells "Winter!" You three then run up to the elder Schnee as she turns to see you all "Winter! I'm so happy to see you! Oh... " Weiss suddenly curtsies "Your presence honors us."

Winter looks around as she approaches you three "Beacon... It's been a long time. The air feels... different."

"I mean it is fall, so, eh, it's probably colder." Ruby said placing her left hand behind her head

Weiss punches Ruby in the shoulder, causing her to gasp in pain before turning back to her sibling "So, what are you doing here?"

"Classified." Winter said

"Oh, right. Well, how long are you staying?" Weiss asked

"Classified." She repeated

"Of course." Weiss nods and smiles in understanding

You pensively look around in the silence "Well... this is nice... I think." You said

Weiss excitedly says "You're going to love it here! I know you travel a lot, but so much of Beacon is different from Atlas!" Weiss then discreetly whispers "Vale, too. The government and school are completely separate! Can you believe it!? I-"

"'I'm more than familiar with how this kingdom handles its... bureaucracy. That is not why I came." Winter said

"Right! I'm sorry!" Weiss apologizes

"Nor did I come here to watch my own blood fail so miserably in battle. But it appears that I have no choice in the matter." Winter said

"But, we won!" Weiss said puzzled

"Only a novice would refer to that as a victory. I counted at least three strikes missed." She turned her head to the AK-200s "Leave us." The AK-200s obey, walking two steps backward into formation as she sighs and smiles a little more warmly at Weiss "How have you been?"

"Oh, splendid! Thank you for asking. I'm actually in the very top ranking of our sparring class! And the rest of my studies are going wonderfully, too! I'm-" Weiss said

Winter then slaps Weiss on the head, leaving a massive bump "Silence, you boob! I don't recall asking about your ranking, I'm asking how you've been. Are you eating properly? Have you taken up any hobbies? Are you making new friends?"

"Well, there's Ruby and (Y/n)"

You waved while Ruby giggled as she pushes the lump and says "Heh, boob."

"I see. So Ruby is the leader you wrote of. How appropriately... underwhelming." Winter criticizes

"Uh... Thank you!" Ruby said, not understanding

"Greetings, Ruby Rose. I wish to thank you for taking an interest in my sister. And greetings to you as well (Y/n), aren't you Eli's friend?"

"Yes, he's the one who put a hole in your school's wall and had to repair it" You said
