Volume 4 - Chapter 40: The Next Step

A/n: Well Guys we're finally at volume 4 and if you want to ask me questions go to my Q&A Book! Now that's outta of the way, I asked earlier if you want another Martial Art, but I have NO Idea what to choose. So, I decided to let you guys choose it. Whatever I see the most I'll use that. To clarify Pyrrha is alive, because of ARKOS. So many people wanted to see Arkos that I kept Pyrrha from dying and yes, as someone spoiled it, you are alive too. Anyway, Enjoy!

Your POV

[FlashBack to The Fall of Beacon]

You felt yourself dying, but this was different from what you expected. You felt like you were turning to dust.

"It is not your die, King..." You heard a familiar voice say

"High... Blade?" You said questioningly

"Yes, King, I have brought you into the Bladeworks so you would heal, but I caution restraint. You were near death after all." He said

"Well, I thank you for this, but tell me... is Pyrrha ok?" You asked, sitting up holding your chest

"Yes, thanks to you." He said

"What about Eli? And the others?" You asked him

"Eli went to Vacuo while the others went towards Haven Academy." He replied

"Eli probably went with Seraphina to get outta Vale and you know what was weird?" You said

"What?" The HighBlade

"I felt his rage, for the first time in a long time. Anybody who threw him into a rage, I'll feel bad for them." You replied

"Why is that?" He asked

"Because in a rage Eli can pretty much kill anything in his path. And now with his semblance and aura unlocked, he's even deadlier than before." You explained

"Well, enough stories King. It's time to begin your training." He said

"You never really said what I would be doing." You replied

"Resolving conflicts, fighting, and physical training." He answered

"Will I ever see Ruby again?" You asked

"You will after your training in here is finished. We are going to teach you how to use every weapon in here and even begin the BladeWorks to Remnant itself." He answered

"Well, let's go." You said cracking your knuckles

[FlashBack End]

It has been half a year since You began my training with the HighBlade. The training was treacherous with you almost dying multiple times. The training may have only taken half a year, but it feels like you have been training for years. The HighBlade explained is because going to multiverses can mess with your sense of time even though all multiverses happen at the same time. Right now, you were watching your friends as they made their way to Haven. Nora and Ren were casually arguing about their team's name

"I'm just sayin'..." Nora began to say ":...there's more members of JNPR in this team than RWBY. It just makes sense to go with Junior."

"But 'junior' isn't a color." Ren replied

Nora groaned "How can I be more clear?"

Nora puts out her hands and the letters JNRR pop into existence. She points to the first three.

"One, two, three, four. That's more than one." Nora said, pointing to the last 'R'

'How did those letters pop into existence?!' You thought about watching this unfold
