"I don't see why we have to have a baby shower any way, we're going to reuse most of the stuff we had for Lily."
"I know but it was Sariah's idea, since we're both having girls she wanted us to have a joint one. We would have had one when I was pregnant with Lily but I gave birth the week before."
"Do I have to be there?"
"Yes, there are things for you and Trevor to do with your friends while the ladies deal with baby stuff. We just need you guys to help open gifts then load them in the car when the showers over."

"Thank you and you look handsome." I kissed his cheek and finished doing my hair and makeup.

After I finished getting dressed we left and went to my dad's house where the shower was being held. I wasn't involved with much of the planning because I really didn't want to have a baby shower. But Sariah did ask me for opinions on some of the food and decorations just so it had some of my style involved. When we walked in I was in shock on how beautiful everything looked.
