Chapter Nineteen: Rooftop// Low
"If I could have one superpower," she said. "It'd be time-travel."
She shook her head. "Not to change things, but to experience them over and over again. Because once, I didn't think it would end. And now, I only know I'm so low because once I was that much higher."
She said this, sitting on the rooftop of my house, overlooking the entire town. I wondered how far she'd flown, and my thoughts flicked over to the moth with the broken wing. I wondered if it felt the same way as she did. Low.
