I woke up to Wilfred gently shaking me, to wake me up.

Groggily, I got up from my place next to Wilfred.

"We're here," Wilfred said as Claude opened the cars door for me.

"Thank you," I stared into his eyes before I shyly kissed him on the cheek.

He blushed as he nodded.

"Your welcome," His voice was strained as I stepped out of the car.

Claude bowed as he, and Wilfred, watched me run to the entrance of Liberty Manse.

I knocked on the doubled doors. Moments later Luke opened the door.

"Lady Linda," He let me in. "Why are you here at this time of hour."

My lower lip quivered.

I won't cry, I thought. I will not cry.

"Is--" I closed my eyes for a second to keep myself from crying. "Is my Uncle here?"

He nodded, "But his majesty isn't awake."

"Can you wake him up? It's urgent and-- and I need to s-s-stay here for a while."

Luke nodded as he led me to a den before he went to go get my Uncle.

While I waited for my Uncle, tears began to fall down my face.

I couldn't believe my father kicked me out of the Palace, my home. Was he that insane?

Keith came inside the den, just looking at me for a few seconds. Before he saw tears rolling down my face.

I was curled up on the couch when he came to hug me in his arms.

"Linda, what's wrong? Did something happen with Wilfred?"

"No," I noticed that he was still in his tuxedo. "Uh, Luke didn't tell you...?"

"Tell me what," He asked as he gently wiped away my tears.

"You were right," I hid my face in his chest. "My father practically kicked me out of the Palace."

He sighed. "I guess, I can't say that I told you so, but...I told you so."

I chuckled half-heartedly. "I guess that's appropriate."

"What did your grandfather say about all of this?"

"I couldn't exactly talk to him." I sat up, still in his arms. "Zain said that he was asleep, but I highly doubt that. My father must have said something to Zain."

Keith was beginning to look overly pissed.

"Your father just can't be stopped. Now can he?"

"Apparently not," I sighed. I had stopped crying-- until my Uncle walked into the den.

"Linda," He walked toward us, but I met him halfway.

I hugged him around the waist as he rubbed my back gently.

"What happened," He looked at me at arms length. I told him everything.
