A Real Family

~Rene's POV-

I hid behind the couch in Adam's house. I nearly squealed out loud when I heard the car pull into the driveway. Jason and Ty were in the kitchen. They were laughing, and acting like they weren't supposed to be jumping out and screaming, "Welcome home!" in a few minutes. I sighed. "Guys, shut it! Get into positions!" Jason nodded, and ran to hide behind the counter. Ty didn't move fast enough, so he was right in front of the door when Adam walked in. I facepalmed.

Jason and I jumped out, yelling, "Welcome home!" at the top of our lungs! The girl that Adam had adopted screamed at the sight of us. But not in an "I'm so terrified," kind of way. More like an "I'm so happy to meet you guys," kind of way. She immediately ran over to Jason and embraced him. He seemed kind of taken aback, but gave in to her giddy hug.

I walked over to meet her. "Hi, I'm Rene," I smiled kindly at the girl. "I'm Hannah," she introduced herself. She studied me closer. Then she gasped. "Oh. My. Gosh! You're RenePlayss, aren't you?!"
Hannah squealed with delight.

I nodded. "Yup. Last time I checked," I laughed. Hannah blushed.

"Can I just say," she paused for a moment. "You are so awesome! I have watched every single video you have ever posted, ever! I love you!" Hannah jumped up and down.

"So, have you heard of me?" Ty pouted. "That depends..." Hannah pretended to think for a moment.

"On what?" Ty demanded.

"On if your name is Deadlox or not!" Hannah laughed goofily. Ty smiled.

"Adam, she knows my name!" Ty ran around the living room like a lunatic.

"Calm down!" Adam screamed.

"JASON, I'M STARTLED!" I screamed overtop of Adam.

"RENE, I CAN'T HELP YOU WITH THAT!" Jason screamed in reply.

During the screaming and running around, and laughing until our sides hurt - laughing until we were dying was more like it - I hadn't realized hat Hannah was no longer in the room with us.
