"Wait so he was all you're still scared of spiders and next minute he was all this friendship won't work?" My mother asked frowning.

I nodded.

"What the flip?" She said.

I gestured at her. "That's what I thought" I replied.

I sat across from her at the table as we ate breakfast. "Hun, he's the one missing out" she said.

I shrugged and just spooned some cereal into my mouth. My mother lent forward on her elbows giving me a sly grin. "Tell me about William" she said.

I started to choke on my cereal.

I coughed. "How do you know about William?" I asked, clearing my throat.

"Well you left your phone down here and he called you twice last night" mum said giving me a wink.

I blushed. "It's nothing, he's just a friend" I replied, hiding my face.

"Is that what you call your boyfriend these days?" She asked.

"Mum! He's not my boyfriend!" I exclaimed.

My mother chuckled. "Okay okay" she said throwing her hands up but than winking at me.

I groaned. "I have to get go school, have fun at work" I said, placing my bowl in the sink and filling it with water.

"Yeah, so much fun" she mumbled back.

I picked up my school bag and kissed her on the cheek. I heard a car horn as I neared the front door. "Ooo your friend is giving you a lift" she exclaimed.

I frowned. Eleanor didn't know where I lived. I opened the door and William's sleek Aston Martin was parked in my driveway. He climbed out when he saw I opened the door.

Mum touched my shoulder to peek over it. "Damn girl" she muttered in my ear.

I bit back the smile that threatened to show. "If that's your friend, you should add with benefits to the end of if" she said.

I pushed her back. "Mum!" I exclaimed.

She chuckled as I closed the front door and walked over to William who was half in and out of his car. "What are you doing here?" I asked, looking into the passenger side. 

Eleanor wasn't there. "Surprise" he said, throwing his hands out wide.

I laughed. He closed his car door and walked over to me. "Hey" he said, coming nearer.

"Hey, I'm sorry I didn't call you back, I got busy than I fell asleep" I said, looking down.
"Ah its fine, but you have to make it up to me" he said smirking.

I rolled my eyes. "Come on let me drive you to school" he said, walking back to his door. 

I heard a door slam and I looked over see Hunter slam the front door. He glared over at me and William as strode to his car. When William moved away and back to his car, Hunter was glaring at him still.
