College days
I wish I went away.

"I know you" a voice said from behind me.

I turned my head to see a blonde young woman standing behind me. "Yes I do! You're Hunter's girlfriend, from the hospital" she said.

I recognized her. "Avery, right?" I asked.

She nodded excitedly. "Here you go" the barista said, handing me my two coffees.

I thanked him before turning to face her. "Hey, its good to see you" I said, smiling.

She smiled back. "So you go to this college huh?" She asked, looking around.

I nodded. "Both Hunter and I" I replied, lifting up both coffees.

She grinned. "You should sit with us, us being myself and my best friend Eloise" she explained.

"Oh yeah, maybe" I replied, shrugging one shoulder.

She grabbed her coffee from the barista and nodded her head towards the school. "Are you going to class?" She asked.

I walked with her. "No, to the dorms, Hunter's moving in and he sucks at unpacking" I said, rolling my eyes.

She laughed. "So you and Hunter in a dorm room by yourself, bet your parents had a heart attack" she said, laughing.

"Shh.. I didn't actually tell my mum" I lied, playing along.

"I'll see you around Jamie" she said, grinning.

She headed towards the school and I turned, heading towards the dorms. I walked across the courtyard and up the steps. "Hello?" I asked, walking into our room.

Hunter laid back on his bed, not looking very productive. "Hey! That's not unpacking" I said, standing in the doorway.

"Is that coffee?" He asked immediately.

"I told you, you weren't going to get it if you didn't unpack, and you haven't" I said, looking down at his boxes.

He stood up, walking over to me with his hands outstretched. "Gimmie" he said, begging.

"Nope" I said dodging out of the way.

"Don't be a tease" he replied, putting his hands on his hips and giving me a sassy look.

I raised an eyebrow. He was in front of me before I could blink, his hands on the coffee and his mouth on mine. I pushed him back. "Distraction, you're not very nice" I said, moving away from him.

He didn't reply because he was drinking. I stood in front of my bed, bending down to pick up a shirt and fold it. I placed my cup on my bedside table and rolled my eyes when I felt his presence behind me.

He flicked my ponytail before pulling on it gently. I turned around, knowing that's what he wanted. I burst out laughing when he had chocolate smudged on his top lip. "Uh you got something" I said gesturing to my own top lip.

"Do I?" He asked, wiping his mouth.

He missed it completely. "Try again" I said.
