"That's the thing about pain it cannot be seen but is felt deeply"

As the morning lights peered through the window into my room making every thing look lively and shiney. It woked me up from my deep slumber and indicated another day full of work and endless thoughts. Feeling totally awake I got up from bed and decided to get ready for work. Today I didn't bother to check my phone because if he would have called me, the loud ringhtone of my phone was enough to wake me up but the reality is the call never came.

I decided not to go too deep into my thoughts and headed to get ready for work. While having breakfast I decided to call Suhana because only that girl has the perfect thing to say to make me happy though I knew it was quite early and she was not at all a morning person and the chances of getting my call answered was very low still I decided to give it a try and if by any miracle she would answer it I was bound to get a angry sleep related lecture. Smiling I picked my phone and dialed her number and waited to see if the miracle would happen or not. As expected she didn't answer it, putting the phone back I decided to call her back later and got ready to leave the house for work.

But suddenly something struck me and the feeling of deja vu got stronger and looking at my phone I gazed at the same number I have memorised with all my heart. The confusion to whether call him or not was too high to be cleared. It was the same battle between my head and heart which they have been having for years now. I so badly wanted to call him but something stopped me from doing so.

Looking at the time I realized I was geeting late for work and decided to wait for his call and proceeded to work. On reaching office I said my hello's and made my way to the cabin. After settling down I started with the work.

During the middle of my work I heard my phone ringing, I smiled thinking that maybe finally I have received the call I was waiting for. Picking up the phone I realised it was from Suhana and just like that my whole mood changed, maintaing the calmness I answered the call.

"How many times I have to tell you not to call me in morning", I heard her saying in that baby tone of hers which made me smile.

"You know I really slept late" she futher added. I smiled and teasingly said "oh I see you were busy late night. I am sorry for disturbing your beauty sleep"

"Don't you dare tease me Sanaya or else I will surely kill you" she replied with a mock seriousness and continued with her threat " you see sweetheart everyone is not a owl like you, we need to sleep and maintain our beauty" her reply made me laugh and silent at the same time.

Finally I spoke "hahahaha very funny. You see I too had a great sleep and I called you so that we can hang out tomorrow as its sunday"

"Yeah that's a great idea and I am hell bored and in die need of that hang out and I am pretty sure this little outing will make your grumpy mood good" she replied in her excited voice and I knew she was smiling right now.

"Ok fine, see you tomorrow at 11. My place." I told her

"Done" with her last reply I ended the call.

After talking to her I felt a little happy. The girl was really crazy and matched me weirdness. Even the start of our friendship was crazy. During college we were in the same course but we never really talked and than one day we bounded on the same abuse word we found to be interesting.
And from than onwards our friendship has been growing day by day.

After having my little passing the memory lane time, I once again engrossed myself in work. Soon the lunch time came and ended and at the end I again found myself looking at the same number I have been waiting to receive a call from but this time the temptation was too strong to resist and finally I gave myself in the temptation and dialed his number.

"Hello" he said after receiving the call and without delay he futher
said " Sanaya i will call you later. Right now I am really busy" leaving me speechless," umm..ok, we will talk later, I replied  back and ended the call.

Busy busy busy the single word kept ringing in my ears. That's what I have been hearing for years now. Such a small word it is but is can change everything, does people have any idea how many hearts the single word 'busy' has broken? I wonder if people know the real power behind that single word.

Keeping the phone aside I started working again and the wait for the call started again. This guy has not only taught me the real definition of love but has also taught me what life is and how fast it changes. He has shown me the fairytale and without warning has brought me back to reality.
