Chapter 23

APOV

** skipping rest of time in hospital**

"Mr. Kaplan, you are free to go." The nurse said with a smile.

"Thank you ma'am." I said and walked out to the front desk. I had to check out so they would know I'm leaving and not keep charging me. I don't need that. I walked out to the waiting area/ front desk and started filling out the papers.

"Okay Mr. Kaplan, it says here to get plenty of rest and don't overwork your lower abdomen area too much." She told me and handed me reports the doctor specifically wrote out for me.

"Thank you. And I wont, trust me." I said chuckling.

I was signing the papers when I felt two hands come from behind me and wrap around my waist.

"Hey Kirst." I said smiling.

"Hey baby." She said pecking my cheek. "You almost done?"

"Yep. Almost, just one more signature aaannnnd done." I set the pen down and turned to face her placing my hands on her waist while hers found her way to my chest.

"You ready?" I asked her.

"When ever you are." She said and stood up on the tips of her toes to peck my lips.

"Then lets go. Shall we?" I smiled and held out my hand.

"We shall." She replied and laced her fingers with mine.

We then walked hand in hand out the door to her car. While walking I got lost in my thoughts. I've been wanting to ask Kirstie to move in with me for a while, but I never found the right time to ask. I guess now would be that time. I mean I do need someone to watch over me, and what better person to do that than my beautiful girlfriend. We got up to her car and she was about to open the door, when I stopped her.

"What is it babe?" She asked concerned.

"We need to talk for a second." I said seriously.

"Abouut?" She turned around and leaned on her car.

I took her hands in mine, and started to shake a little. Wow, you'd think I was about to ask her to marry me! I composed myself and finally spit it out.

"Kirst, I've been wanting to ask you this for a long time, but I never knew when to do it."

"What is it?"

"I was wondering um...... If you would like to...... Move in with me?.."

I waited for her response and got even more nervous with every silent second that went by. She then smiled that adorable crooked smile of hers and moved her hands from my hands to the back of my neck. I moved my hands to her waist as she pulled me in for a kiss. We pulled away several seconds later and she rested her forehead on mine.

"I've been waiting so long for you to ask." She smiled.

"So that's a yes?" I smiled back, staring into her beautiful eyes at her lips then back to her eyes again.

"Yes." She said as she pulled me in again for another kiss.

AN: So when I updated last it did something wierd. THIS IS NOT THE END!!! The story is not finished yet, so I wrote a quick chapter to see if it would fix it. Sorry if it sucks I did it in like 10 minutes xD
