Kirstie POV

"Okay so where and when?" Esther asked.

Avi was behind me with his arms wrapped around my waist and his head rested on my shoulder. It was currently March, and I was thinking May. Avi, on the other hand; I had no idea what he was thinking. I looked up at him.

"On three we say a month." I say to him.

"Okay, one... Two... Three!"

"May." We both say.

We both laugh and look to Esther.

"So May?" She chuckles.

We both nod and we continue.

"Okay where?"

Avi takes a step back.

"I've got this one!" He said, smiling widely.

"And what do you have up your sleeve?" I said leaning against the counter.

"Remember that place you told me about when we first started dating?"

I just stared at him confused. I shrugged.

He pulled out a slip of paper from his back pocket, and it had the most beautiful garden area surrounded by the trees with white flowers that bloomed in the spring.

"That place is so beautiful. If I ever get married, I want it to be there." Avi said quoting me from when I first showed it to him.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and his wrapped around my waist, picking me up.

"That's perfect." I said into his shoulder.

"So here?" Esther laughed, taking the sheet in her hand.

"Yes." We both said, and she began to make the call.

"I love you so much." I said and kissed him.

We continued to kiss until we were interupted by the door bell.

We went to answer it to reveal Mitch, Scott, Kevin, and,

"MOM! DAD!" I ran to my parents and hugged them.

"What are you guys doing here?!" I asked excitedly.

"Well, Avi called and asked us to come down because Mitch mentioned wedding dress shopping?" She smiled.

My hands flew to my mouth and tears formed in my eyes even though that's one of the biggest factors in the wedding I had completely forgotten about that. I turned to Avi and he smiled. I wasted no time in closing the gap between us and kissing him passionatly. I could tell he felt awkward because we were in front of my parents, but I didn't really care.

"Okay, Kirst. I haven't even gotten to say hello to my handsome future son in-law. Come here, Avi." My mom said and pulled me away and pulled Avi into a hug.

"So good to see you, Avi." She smiled.

"Likewise, Mrs. Maldonado." He smiled, pulling away.

"Please, call me mom!" She beamed.

"Okay.. Mom." Avi chuckled.

"How are you doing, son?" My dad said and shook Avi's hand.

"Good sir, and yourself?"

"Doing great." He said and pulled him into a short hug.

"You're gonna take good care of my little girl, right? You're going to protect her? Cause I'm not always going to be here you know." He said putting his arm around me.

"Daaad.." I said embarrased.

"Yes sir, with my life." He said smiling at me.

I blushed a little and moved my hair out of my face. It's amazing how after all we've been through and how long we've been together he still makes me have butterflies and blush like when we first dated.

"Dress shopping!" Mitch said as he pulled my parents and Scott, Esther, and I out of the house, leaving Kevin and Avi.

This should be fun. I hope I find the perfect dress!
