Chapter 27

Avi POV

We made our way to the shopping center off of main street to meet up with the guys and hang out before tour started again. When Kirstie and I arrived we exited the car and shortly met up with Kevin.

"Kervy!" I said bringing him into a bro hug.

"How's my favorite bass man?! Sup dude?!" He laughed.

"Kevin!!" Kirstie said excitedly and jumped into his arms.

"Kirstie!!" He screamed with equal enthusiasm, then set her down.

"Y'all heard from Mitch and Scott yet?" He asked.

"Nah, man. Have you?"

"Nope."

"Well...... We can get a head start! Whatcha think?" Kirstie smiled.

"I'm down." Kevin smiled looking to me.

"Sounds good." I smiled, taking her hand in mine.

"Yay!!!! Let's go!!" She grabbed Kevin's hand as well and dragged us to some shops.

"Let's go in here!!" She exlaimed dragging us into a dress shop.

Kevin and I exchanged looks and then looked at Kirstie, eyebrows raised.

"I wont take that long. You two sit here and tell me what you think." She strutted off, leaving us to sit in front of her changing room.

"Soooo..... Have you thought about you know what?.." Kevin asked.

"Yeah.... I don't know what to do..." I shrugged.

"You're still going to propose right?"

"Yeah, of course! I just......it has to be perfect." I sighed, putting my elbows on my knees and my chin in my hands.

"It will be dude. I know you, you always come up with great ideas!" He smiled.

"I really hope so.."

"Okay guys, I got some dresses! Be prepared to give opinions!" She smiled and strutted into her changing room.

"This should be fun." Kevin said sarcastically.

I laughed and sat back in my seat. How would I propose to someone as perfect as Kirstie?.. Wow, this is stressfull. This must be flawless, she deserves nothing less.

"What about this one?" She asks, spinning so we can see.

My jaw dropped. Wow she looked absolutly stunning. The blue of the wavy high low dress complimented her figure superbly. She's absolutely perfect.

"Hello? Avi?" She giggled.

"Wha- what?" I asked snapping out my trance.

"Kevin already told me what he thought. What about you?" She laughed.

"You look...... Perfect." I smiled.

"Awe... Thanks.." She blushed and walked back into her changing area, closing the door behind her.

"Wow....." I breathed.

That was all I could managed to say. If the others looked half as good as that one, I don't know what I'm going to do.

"You got a good one." Kevin smiled elbowing my arm.

"I sure did." I blushed slightly, thinking about how she is such a perfect angel.

"Awwe, y'all are so cute man! I w-" he started, but was cut off by his phone.

"Hello?"

"Yeah."

"Dress shop. Past that pizza place."

"Yeah."

"Yeah." He laughed.

"Yeah, she is why?"

"Yeah.."

"SCOTT OH MY GOD NO!!"

"Okay, see you in a few."

"Okay, bye."

I looked at him confused.

"What was that about?.."

"Oh... Scott and Mitch just got here, and there on their way."

"What did Scott say that was so repulsive?"

"Oh... That? That was nothing.." He chuckled nervously.

"Kevin."

"No really, it wasn't important."

"Well obviously it was beca-"

"What do y'all think about this one?" Kirstie walked out smiling. Once again turning so we can have a full view.

"Oh my gosh Kirstie. It's beautiful!!" Kevin beamed.

She turned to me and waited for a response, but to no avail. Once again I was left speechless by the remarkable beauty of my girlfriend.

"Y-you look- it's- I- wow."

"So is that a yes?" She giggled.

I nodded my head unable to speak, and just then I hear Mitch and Scott walk through the door.

"OH MY GOD!! Girlllll, you look smokin'!!! Mitch said, bringing Kirstie into a hug.

"Absolutely stunning, Kirst!" Scott said doing the same.

"Awwe, thanks guys. Here, let me go change and we can go grab something to eat. I hear that pizza place is really good." She smiled and walked off to change.

"Sooo... Avi, how is that thing coming?" Scott asked trying not to say proposal in fear of Kirstie hearing.

I shrugged.

"I don't know what to do... It has to be perfect. Nothing less.."

"I understand. We can talk about it some other time, just us guys. You don't need to rush this. This is something that needs to be planned out thoroughly."

"Yeah you're right... I just... Don't want to screw it up...." I looked down.

"Don't talk like that, Avi. You'll come up with something, and when you do it'll be unforgetable and perfect for her." Mitch said comforting me.

"Thanks." I gave a weak smile.

"Okay, I'm ready!" Kirstie came up to us beaming with joy.

"Then let's go!!" Scott said, leading the way.

Me and Kevin stood from our chairs and I took Kirstie's hand as he caught up with the other two. Without warning Kirstie gave me a surprise peck on the lips.

"What was that for?" I chuckled.

"I just really love you." She smiled pulling me along to catch up with the others.
