I was woken up at around 3 in the morning. I was actually quite warm as I was snuggled up with Finn. He looked so innocent just sleeping there. I heard a creak coming from the kitchen and I was so scared that I jumped and hid my face in Finn's chest. I felt his arms wrap around me as if he was protecting me from danger. There was another loud creak and I saw a figure. I pretended to be asleep but I was secretly watching this mysterious figure. The person walked past the island and towards the coffee table next to my head. The person glided over but they trod on some popcorn in the process causing it to make a loud crunching noise causing Finn to stir and pull me in closer. The mysterious person had reached the table by my head now and was reaching out for something on the table. It was a phone. I squinted my eyes to try and see who it was. I saw shiny brown hair and piercing green eyes and I think it must be Jack. He reached for his phone and just stood there for a while as If he was trying to figure something out. Finn mumbled something and gave me a kiss on the cheek. Was he awake? Did he know it was Jack? Jack made his way towards me and hovered above me and whispered 'I'll sort it out, it's complicated, please, Finn isn't good enough for a girl like you.'
