Rose "pov"

It's eight thirty and I just arrived to work, since am jack's PA I have to arrive before him and bring him his coffee and thankfully he's always here at nine sometimes nine thirty which is a good thing, there's no difference between my old job and this and besides i don't think i can do earlier than this ....

i was sitting behind my desk thinking of last night "Good morning rose" jack's voice cut me out of my daydreaming about him
"Good morning Mr. Robbins" I say looking up at him
His kissable lips turned into a smile showing me his perfect set of white teeth and deep dimples, I don't want anyone else to see his smile

he is not even my boyfriend yet, it's true we only kissed, should I ask him what's between us or would he freak out! but from the way he kissed me, you don't kiss someone like that just because you felt like it
"Call me jack" he said smiling at me, damn he looked like a Greek god
"hmm jack, your coffee is on your desk, I remember you telling me you like it with two spoons of sugar and cream" I say to him feeling heated up just by looking at him
"thank you, what do I have for today?" he asked entering his office I followed right after him
"you have a meeting with the shipping company at eleven and at three you have another meeting with Mr.Roger, that's all for today" I say standing in his office with sweaty palms, waiting for him to say something, why do I feel so nervous it's not like it's the first time I talk to him

"Are you free after work?" jack asked me which made me surprised, there it is ... there it is .....
"yes I am" I reply feeling my body heathen at his closeness, he was standing only a feet away from me, is he going to ask me on a date, i hope he does
"I know its late to tell you this but tonight I need you to come with me to my friend's house" he said turning his back to me walking to his desk 
"I don't understand why would you need me there?" I asked confused and disappointed
"it's a small party for one of my friends" he said looking up at me
"okay.. so at what time, I need to go home to change" I say to him trying to cover my hurt, I mean I thought he's going to ask me out after what happened yesterday, but he just wanted me to go to his friend's party as his personal assistant
"at five, no need to change" he says coming closer to me again
"but I can't go like this" I say pointing at my dark purple knee dress, it looked beautiful but not suitable for a party
"you look good there's no need to change" he says looking into my eyes I could feel his hot breath on my lips, his eyes rested on my lips, how I carved for his kiss since last night, but the moment didn't last when someone knocked on the door, jack stood still in his position
"Someone's knocking" I whisper pulling away from him to the door
"yeah" he said with regret look in his eyes, like he was regretting that he was going to kiss me but why?
"am sorry did I interrupt something?" an old man said interring jack's office
"no you didn't, come in" jack replied with a stern tone

I felt hurt at his reply, but maybe he didn't want the old man to know anything
"I will leave now, excuse me" I say politely
jack didn't reply he just nodded his head along with the old man, who was that man? maybe it's his father!

It's ten AM  when my phone buzzed, I looked at the dial number it was Tina
"hello how are you my dear?" tine asked on the other line "am fine and you, I really missed you" I say with sad tone, I really did missed them a lot
"we too rose, when are you coming over? Sam said he would keep an eye on you, dose he talk to you?" Tina asked with worried tone
"yes he does, don't worry he's keeping an eye on every move" I say chuckling
"I hope so or I will show him no mercy when he comes to visit on my birthday" she says with a threaten tone and I know her enough to say her threats aren't empty ones
"how's ross and Jake I miss them a lot I can't wait to see them" I say remembering the last time I talked to ross was a day ago but Jake it have been four days, I know he's in college and busy with the exams and youth stuff but he could at least send a massage, I will call him later to see what have been keeping him so busy that made him forget about me
"they miss you too, Jake always talks about you" Tina said, well I guess I do cross his mind after all
"once I found ross going like crazy saying his going to get you back to live with us, I had to calm him down with my charm" tine says chuckling
"Yeah that's the ross I know" I say chuckling along with her
"say hi to them all and I will see them soon, I wouldn't miss your birthday for the world" I say to her while shutting my computer down
"I know huni, see you on Thursday" Tina said "bye" I reply before she hangs up and once she did .. am back doing my job
