Rose's "pov"

"I'll be there in fifteen minutes no need to worry just calm down" Nadine yells at me on the other side of the line, it's been a week since jack proposed to me and he insisted on having a party and I had no choice but to agree with him, well I had to, he said it's important to him, for me I just wanted to have a small party with my friends and family but I guess I forgot I was getting engaged to jack Robbins, speaking of family jack took to me to his parent's house and I had dinner with his mom, she was so sweet and kind and she did welcome me with shedding some tears, me along with her
She was so supportive of us and she said that she knew this was coming since the first time she saw me and am happy to have her back in my life she have been like a mom to me and still

I was waiting for Nadine to come and help me prepare for tonight's party, I was so excited and happy and a little nervous at the same time
Jack took care of everything about the party he just said that I have to dress up and be there, I did not like it but he wasn't giving me any other choice

I never thought of the word perfect to be real until now, I mean am getting engaged to the love of my life and I have a good job with him, i have the best family and friends beside me, I met up with my aunt and cousin after all these years, things couldn't be more perfect

"damn.." I curse running to the bathroom for the second time this morning, I've been feeling really nauseous and got this killing headache for the past week and my period is delayed, Nadine thinks that I should take a pregnancy test and she is bringing it with her on the way
What if I really am pregnant! i don't know what jack's reaction would be, I mean yeah we're getting married but a lot of couples get married and have children kinda late, maybe he doesn't want to
"oh..Don't know what to do" I say laying on my back on my bed thinking, I thought we always used protection until last night I noticed jack didn't use a condom and I don't think he did for the past month either, what if he didn't want to raise the child.. no I don't think so jack would never do that to me to us I say placing both of my hands on my stomach

"Helllllooooo..." I hear Nadine's voice coming from my living room and I walk over to her
"Hello bestieee am so happy for you" Nadine say's hugging me tightly "you're chocking me" I replied with a chuckle hugging her back
"Okay I got everything you'll need , and offcourse I didn't forget about the test" she said pulling out of the hug looking at me with happiness and nervousness
"I think you're more nervous than I am" I say chuckling softly trying to hide my nervousness by putting it on her
"just go do it pleasssse" she pleaded with puppy eyes and I went straight to the bathroom wanting to know the result myself, am excited and nervous

I came out of the bathroom and Nadine came straight and read my expressions and then hugged me tightly
"you're going to be a mom" nadine says so excited smiling at me and I was happy thrilled and at the same time really nervous of jack's reaction, a tear fell down my eyes
"hey why are you crying?" nadine asks pulling me into another tight hug "am just so happy" I tell her the truth trough sobs
"am going to be a mom" I say smiling widely whipping the tears
"you are and am sure jack will be really happy" she replied with teary eyes and I smiled back, I hope she's right and part of me thinks she Is
Jack wanted to make some professional do my makeup and hair but I insisted on nadine she's my best friend and she knows what suits me, she's amazing and really talented in this kind of stuff
"so are you ready?" Nadine asked standing up behind me closing my eyes with her palms standing infront of the mirror "yes" I replied and she moved her hands and I stare at the beautiful confident woman in the mirror, she looked beautiful and sexy, confident and smart, she looked stunning in her dark red sleeveless gown, it hugged my curves until my waist and then flew to the floor, with a heart shaped neckline that showed a little hint of my cleavage, my hair was placed on one side looking curly, and she did put red lipstick on me and mascara and dark with silver shadow ,I never thought I would say this but I looked really beautiful like it wasn't even me
"Thank you...It's perfect" I say to Nadine turning to face her with glassy eyes "hey nooo .. You'll ruin your make up" she said with warning smile
I put on my heart shaped necklace, I know it's old but it means a lot to me and its special gift from jack so I decided to wear it, it means more than expensive jewelry to me
"jack will be here in a minute" I say putting my phone back into my purse after checking a message from jack saying he's coming up to get me
