chapter 15

Rose "POV"

"rose wake up... rose" I heard Tina's voice waking me up
"What time it is?" I asked covering my face with the pillow to prevent the light from burning my morning eyes
"wake up darling it's seven thirty you're going to be late for work, Sam is already dressed up" Tina says removing the sheets on top of me
"God..." I say rubbing my eyes to adjust to the light
"get ready and come down to eat your breakfast" Tina said smiling, she's always in a good mood in the mornings and i'll never understand why

After tina left I went straight to the bathroom to shower, I got ready in thirty minutes, I can't be late for work even if it's my last days working there

"finally! come I made you some pancakes" Tina says smiling placing a plate of pancakes with strawberry syrup in front of me
"thank youTina, god how I missed your pancakes" I say with a mouth full of pancakes
"you should come here more often then" she said with a smile "I will" I say smiling back

"where is the guys?" I asked tina "well Jake and ross already left for work, Sam ..." she said looking around "Sam was here two minutes ago" she said still looking around
"am here mom" sam says walking in the kitchen
"good morning rose are you ready, wow.. I can't remember the last time I saw you wearing this dress"  Sam says looking at my dress

It was yellow mid arm sleeve dress, it reached under my mid tight, I matched it with my brown shoulder bag and some brown sandals, I bought it a year ago and I only wore it twice, sam used to make jokes at me when I wear it saying I look like a banana 

"I found it In my closet, I left some clothes in here just in case, why don't you like it?" I say asking sam looking at my dress
"no actually it looks really good" sam said smiling at me and i smile back not removing his gaze from mine
"okay love birds, you should get going" tina says smiling at both of us with a little smirk playing on her lips
"yeah lets go rose" sam said waiting for me to say goodbye to tina "good bye tina, I will come to visit this week I promise" I say hugging her " you better come or I will make ross go and get you" she says winking at me and I knew she wasn't kidding
"so how do you feel this morning?" sam asked while driving "better" I answer looking out of the window thinking of what sam said last night, maybe he's right, he's got a point I mean, but am not really sure, I love jack but I don't know if I want to ran after someone who doesn't want me

"think about what I said last night rose but don't push yourself in doing something you don't feel it's right" sam says taking a look at me
"I will.. thank you for being there every time I needed you" I say looking at him with soft smile
"stop thanking me, am here because I want to, not because I have to" sam says pinching my cheek

"well we bought your boss's coffee and it's eight fifty you still got ten minutes left" sam said once he parked in front of the company's building
"Yeah thanks for the heart attack" I say playfully placing my hand on my heart
"Hey I wasn't going that fast" sam says standing infront of me once I stepped out of the car
"You say the same thing everytime" I say chuckling at the angel face he was making
"Don't forget about tomorrow" I say reminding him about tomorrow's meeting with jack's friends
I will call Nadine later to ask her, I didn't find the time to talk to her the last two days
"I won't, just text me the place and time" sam says hugging me "I will" I say hugging him back
"Looks like your boss is here, you should go" sam said looking behind my back, I looked over my shoulder to see jack standing looking at us, he got blank expression on his face as usual
"Yup I should" I say kissing his cheek "see you tomorrow rose" sam says smiling opening the car door for himself
"see you" I say with a smile, I turned my heels to the company building but jack already left, ofcourse he left why would he wait for me, he's my boss not my servant
