"Marshall man, next time you decide to leave unexpectedly can you at least give me some warning, Danny wasn't happy about you canceling on him" paul started grilling me as soon as I arrived at the studio early the next morning, I am ready to have my meeting with Danny after thinking a lot about it last night

" Yeah sure, sorry about that" I replied trying to put some emotion into it, but I gyres my anger just runs to deeply that I can't fake or pretend to be nice or like I actually want to be here.

Last night I barely got a wink of sleep, after finishing watching TV and kind of falling asleep on the lounge with Whitney I thought going to bed was a good idea and that I was actually going to get some, but after placing the girls to bed and getting ready myself by the time I got comfortable I was awake as ever before, this allowed free moments of nothing to start up feeling guilty about Andrea.

Luckily I am not usually the morning person, so it isn't unusual for me to to be grumpy or moody, so the guys seem not to fuss about my quiet behavior while greeting them inside the studio.

"Should we get started than? " Danny asked, guiding us all over to the conference room where the paper that we had to sign was sitting. As soon as he came into view and greeted me with that smirk I can tell he wasn't happy about me leaving last night, but in true honest I don't give a shit what he thinks or feels and the only reason I'm here this morning is because its best for my company.

Taking my place at the table, I am happy Royce managed to get the spot next to me while paul took the other, Danny and his tow other friends sat across from us while everyone else scattered around the conference table, total their has to be about 15 people or eager to see this deal go ahead, luckily Andrea isn't one of them, I would be furious if she had to sit and listen to Danny's stupid arse comments while Paul got the meeting going.

To me the whole meeting sounds pointless, just going over things that have been said numerous times and hearing Danny say that we are going to be extra rich after the deal is signed, he believes that Money is what makes the world go round and I guess back in the day I would have agreed with him on that, but these days I don't allow greed to get to my head, my music isn't about the money anymore, it's more about my passion for it and how I don't function properly without it in my lite 24/7.

" Do you have anything to say Marshall before you sign?" Paul asked, startling me a little bit since somehow I managed to escape into my own little world and left this stupid meeting. I look at paul for a few more seconds before casually glancing at Royce next to me while everyone sat in silence paying all their attention on me. Royce is a good friend, even though he hates Danny as much as I do and doesn't want to see this deal move forward,but still managed to put his hatred aside and come down to the studio to support me just like he always does, Now that's what true friends do and I am so grateful to have him, even if he isn't really good at hiding his boredom or feelings for the guy.

"Marshall?....." Paul asked again but this time more softly seeing I still haven't said a word as the people around me are waiting, especially Danny. Taking a deep breath I lean My hands on the table and face Danny and his friends.

" I've really enjoyed this past week, getting to know you and your friends , you have some really amazing ideas that would gain more expose towards shady records, which is what I want " I explained, praising him for his ideas that he has come up with, as much as I hate the guy I have to admire his ideas will really change the way people see shady records and get more popularity, even if he is a jerk about it all. Still looking over at him I can see the smirk and how he is loving these praises.

" I agree with everything your saying" he replied, giving me another smirk that just makes me want to smash it of his face, these is one thing to acknowledge you have done well in something, but it's another thing to act like king Shit and act lie you are better than everyone in this room and that your are untouchable, which is exactly what Danny is doing.
