Chapter 24:The spider king

Once the portal opened,Peter quickly shot out of it as he was starting to get tired of his way to travel. The Goblin had managed to escape and now Peter was in world that looked like a dark and gritty version of new york. Peter looked around and saw people wearing rags and metal collars around their necks. Peter looked around horrified and then he saw what looked liked soldiers wearing iron man armor. The soldiers quickly surrounded him as they held blasters pointed right at him. Peter looked at them and spoke."Okay this place is the worst". One of the soldiers who was wearing a bulkier version of the hulk buster as he spoke."Holt,under the name of the spider king,you are under arrest. Move then we will open fire". Peter did as he was told as the soldiers placed chains around him. They then took Peter to a palace as they threw him in front of a throne made of skulls. Peter looked up to the throne as he heard a man laugh. He then saw what looked like a wild version of him with a mask made of a skull that also made up a crown sitting on the throne as a lion and the Goblin were next to him. The Goblin sneered at Peter and the Other Peter got up from his throne and walked over to him.

The other Peter then spoke as he had his guards brought him a spear."Why hello their peasant. I am the spider king" he brought his spear up to Peter's neck"Now tell me how to travel through dimensions to conquer them,or else". Peter looked at him angry and responded."Never!". The spider king laughed as he was ready to stab Peter."Then your death shall be quick!". He was about to stab Peter when suddenly a shield was thrown at the spider king causing him to drop his spear. Peter then looked up to see a small army of five people being led by what looked like a war damaged Captain America.The soldiers charged at the small army as they started to battle. Captain America then yelled at one of his soldiers."Nightcrawler get the hostage and take him back to the base".One of the soldiers a blue male with a tail grabbed Peter and teleported as the rest of the soldiers on Cap's team then threw a smoke pellet as smoke had filled the room giving Cap's soldiers the opportunity to retreat. Once the smoke had cleared The Spider king looked angry as he looked at his soldiers."Find them and kill them all" he then looked at the Goblin and spoke"Remember our deal Goblin and don't you dare betrayed me!". The Goblin smiled as he spoke to the spider king."Of course not your majesty,I will not dare betray you". The Goblin just smiled as he knew his plan was working.

Meanwhile Nightcrawler had teleported Peter to an abandoned Compound as the rebels started to come in. Nightcrawler took the chains off of Peter as Captain America walked up to them and spoke to Peter."You are not from here are you?". Peter nodded at this as Cap continued to speak to him."He'll be after you now and we actually need your help". Peter looked at him confused as a version of Wanda walked up to them with a version of Clint and Black cat close behind. She looked at him and spoke."You need to know how you have even gotten here and how to make sure that the spider king does not find your method of travel". Peter nodded as he explained to them about the siege perilous and how he has been traveling through dimensions in order to stop the Goblin from collecting the blood of other spiders to build his army. Peter then asked Cap what had happened to this world's Spider man. Cap told him that this world's Peter had gone mad with Power after he had gotten his spider powers had taken the lives of his uncle ben and aunt may. He had killed many of the avengers except for Cap,Scarlet witch,and Hawkeye. He had also killed most of the X-men and kept half of them in a dudgeon and would constantly torture them just for his amusement. He had killed most of the heros and would punish anyone who would dare go against him. Peter looked at Cap and spoke."Man, all because he wanted power. No wonder he wants to jump dimensions". Cap looked at Peter and spoke."Now that we have you here,we can take down the spider king for good". Peter nodded at this as Cap started to explain his plan to take down the Spider king and free all the people.

Back at the palace the Spider king had sent an army to search for the rebels. He had planned to kill Peter in order to jump dimensions. Suddenly soldiers were heard screaming as a roar was heard outside. The spider king instantly got angered as he could not believe that the rebels had dared attack his palace with the hulk nonetheless. He started to get up from his throne when he was struck across the face. He looked up and saw Peter standing their. He charged at Peter as the two insured into a fight. Peter shot out a taser web and stung the Spider king causing him to drop to the floor in pain. Meanwhile in the dungeons of the palace Nightcrawler and Black cat were breaking the cages to let each of the remaining X-men out as they were prepared to fight. Back at the throne room Peter and the spider king were still fighting the Spider king had managed to pin Peter to the wall as he grabbed his spear and was about to stab him."Okay kid. Your demise shall be quick. And i shall rule all dimensions". The spider king was about to strike when suddenly he was stabbed by a sword. Peter looked up and saw the Goblin standing there as he pulled the sword out of the spider king's body as his dead corpse hit the ground. The Goblin then took out a veil and placed the spider king's blood in it.

Peter looked at the Goblin as he started to open the portal. Captain America walked in to see this happen as he saw the dead spider king on the ground. Peter looked at him as he started to enter to the portal."You're all free now. This is goodbye". As the portal closed Captain America walked over to the spider king's body and proceed to take off his mask as he went to show it off to the rebels showing that they have won.Peter had managed to catch up to the Goblin as the Portal had opened in bright flash of light. Peter saw the Goblin ran away as he felt a cold breeze and saw that he was in a new world.

Hope you enjoyed the chapter. The idea of having a Peter who was obsessed with power came from the spider man the hunter universe where Peter became a hunter like Kraven. Anyway next time on son of black widow. Peter finds himself in world where the ice age is still continuing. He meets this world's spider and learns that the Goblin has teamed up with one of the enemies of this world's spider. Will the two be able to beat them?. Find out next time on son of black widow.
