Chapter 36:The Iron Spider and Electro

Peter had woke up that sunday morning all grodigly and tired. He had spent all of last night stopping bank robbers,purse snatchers,and in one case a drunk man from running down the street naked(the one thing he did not want to do). He walked out of bed and decided to head to the kitchen. He was midway out the door when he bumped into something hard. He instantly became awake and backflipped as he got ready to fight. He then saw to his surprise a spiderman suit resembling iron man's armor. Peter walked up to the armor confused as he spoke under his breath."What the hell. Is this for me?". Suddenly Tony walked out from behind the armor and smiled at his pupil."Sure is kid. This was the project that i was working on before the whole incident with the Goblin and dimension travel had happened". Peter looked at the suit with amazement. He then walked over to it and placed it on. The suit worked similar to his own,but had three mechanical spider arms,a glider,a mask filter,17 layers, and many more functions. Peter looked in the mirror and then back to his mentor."I just wanna say for the record, they haven't invented a word for how cool this armor is. And thank you so much. I haven't felt so much like iron man since the incident at the stark expo when you blasted the robot that was going to shoot me and i thought that i fired a repulsor beam". Tony looked at his pupil surprised."That kid was you?". Peter nodded at this."Don't tell mom she didn't know that snuck into the expo while she was working undercover"."I already knew". Peter and Tony both turned around and saw Natasha standing there as she saw her son in armor. Peter then got out of the armor as Natasha ruffled his hair."Now this is the closest to the Iron man suit. I still remember the one you made out of cardboard for halloween". Peter had an embarrassed look on his face as his mentor and mother laughed.

In Oscorp labs,Norman was walking up to containment unit. He opened it and inside stood a man made of pure electricity. Norman smiled at the man and spoke."Max Dillon. Or should i call you Electro". Electro growled at the man as he got closer and realised electricity."You bastard!. You did this to me!. You made me a freak!". Norman looked at the man as a smile crept on his face."I made you better. I gave you power. If you want to be normal again then i will give you the serum. Only if you succeed in killing the Spider once and for all". Electro looked at the man and nodded yes as Norman's smile grew larger.

Peter had a big smile on his face as Tony had let him use the iron spider armor to go on patrol. He had no need to use his webs as he had used his glider with in the suit to fly around. Peter had so far stopped a group of thugs and gang members with his new suit. He was currently talking to F.R.I.D.A.Y. as Tony had linked her to the suit."This is so cool. Jess is going to be so jealous when she sees this. Hey can i take a selfie with the suit on or would you just erase it?". F.R.I.D.A.Y responded to the teen's question."I would erase it in order to conceal your identity. My scanner also show that you have not deleted the video from the mission involving the fight in berlin". Peter tensed up at this. He had recorded everything that had happened during the short civil war between the avengers and had promised the avengers that he would delete it."Yeah i'll delete it when we get back home"."Already deleted along with other existing copies" F.R.I.D.A.Y had said and Peter got a bit angry. He then landed on a rooftop and played a bit of music as their really wasn't any crime going on. He was listening to twenty one pilots when he heard people scream. He turned off the music and looked down to the streets below. Their he saw what looked like a man made of electricity shooting at people. Peter quickly swung into action as he was excited to test out his new armor in battle. Peter shot a repulsor web at the man as the man let out a scream of pain. Peter looked at the man and spoke."Okay dude i don't know what happened to you,but i do know i'm going to put you in jail". Electro sneered at the teen as he shot electricity at him.

Peter quickly blocked the attack using his three mechanical spider arms. He then shot out a spread web that wrapped Electro. Electro quickly used his electricity to break out of the webs and pushed Peter back. Peter was slammed into a wall as he groaned in pain. Peter then spoke to F.R.I.D.A.Y as he got back up."F.R.I.D.A.Y can you calculate any access points to inflict damage". Peter quickly dodged another shot of electricity as F.R.I.D.A.Y spoke back to him."Already calculating. For now avoid any further damage". "Easier said than done". Peter quickly dodged another blast of electricity as he shot another repulsor web. Electro yelled at him as he shot more electricity."Fool. You think webs can hold me back!?! I,Electro will destroy you once and for all". Peter got hit by another bolt of electricity. Peter got back up as F.R.I.D.A.Y spoke to the teen."Points for damage found. To beat him you will need to overcharge him with electricity in order to fully beat him". Peter nodded at this as he then gain an idea."F.R.I.D.A.Y will going to power plant work?. It might cause him to overheat". Peter dodged another blast as Electro got closer."It will. You have to have him follow you in order for your plan to work". Peter nodded at this as he shot another repulsor web at Electro. Peter then proceed to glide away as Electro quickly gave chase."Come back here you pest. I will end you". Peter smiled at this as he spoke."You have to catch me sparky or are you too scared to do so?". Electro sneered at this as the teen continued to glide away.

Once Peter had made it to the power plant he shot out a web and kicked Electro back. Electro sneered at this as Peter then grabbed Electro and punched him. Electro pushed the teen back as the suit was damaged. Peter got angry at this and quickly kicked Electro into a generator. Electro quickly screamed at this as his body started to glow bright blue. Peter took the opportunity to fire a repulsor web at him as Electro turned back to a normal man. Peter quickly placed power restraints on the man as shield agents had arrived. Fury along with Natasha and Tony walked up to the teen. Peter took off the suit and handed it back to Tony for repair as Natasha grabbed her son and examined him for any injuries causing him to become embarrassed."Mom stop. I'm okay". Natasha looked at her son and spoke."Because you had that armor on. If you had your regular suit on then there would be no telling how injured you would have been"."Mom,You're embarrassing me". Fury looked at the teen and spoke."Parker Romanoff. I would like for you to come on the helicarrier tomorrow after school. I want to talk to you about something. Don't be late". Peter nodded at this as Natasha,Tony,and him headed back to the compound as Fury got onto a ship with the agents. He looked at the teen as they headed off."Madame Web's prediction better be right about this kid. The new avengers academy program starts now".

The introduction of the iron spider armor was something i was waiting to write about for awhile now. Anyway,next time on son of black widow.Peter is recruited by Fury to be part of a new team of a new program. A old villain also appears as he seeks revenge on Peter. Will this new team be able to stop them? Find out next time on son of black widow. Till then spider man fans.
