"MR.OSBORN!!NORMAN!!NO!!". Peter had screamed when Norman had died at the hands of the other Goblin. As the corpse hit the ground with Norman looking straight into Peter's eyes."Peter.....protect Harry".

Peter and Harry had stood before Norman's grave as the two placed flowers on the grave. Harry looked at Peter and spoke a bit bitterly."My dad was never there,but he didn't deserve to die....it's all Spider-Man's fault". Peter looked at Harry and placed a hand on his shoulder."Harry....Spider Man tried to save him....". Peter looked at the ground after saying this as Harry looked at him and sighed."Pete.....look...i'm sorry. I just need to be alone....and i'm sorry about Mj". Peter sighed. Mary Jane had moved away the day after Peter had returned from the war with the Goblins. Peter looked at his friend and nodded as he walked away. Once Peter was out of sight Harry pulled out a veil full of green liquid. The same veil containing the Oz serum."Spider Man will pay. He will die at the hands of the new Goblin". Harry then drunk the serum causing his eyes to go green as he smiled wickedly.
Peter walked home and entered the front doors of the compound and was greeted by the Avengers. They each patted the teen on the back as they held up a banner with the Spider Logo on it with the words Welcome to the Avengers written over it. Peter smiled at this as a alarm had gone off. The Avengers smiled at this as they looked at Peter."Go time Kid". Peter smiled widely as he put on spider suit from the goblin wars. He had finally did. He had finally joined the Avengers. He smiled widely as he put on his mask and repeated his late uncle ben's words."With Great Power comes Great Responsibility". Natasha looked at Peter and smiled."Welcome to the Avengers my little spider. Now you may do the honors of saying the words. Peter smiled widely at this"AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!!". The group all grinned at this ad they all left the compound and to the Avenjet to begin their first mission with their new member.
