---------A/N I'm going to be skipping a few months------ Kennedy is now 17----- Kourtney is about to pop---- Khloe and Tristan are engaged--- Kimye is looking for a surrogate(with no luck)

---KENNEDY'S POV---
-It's been tough since Nick and my breakup but it was for the best. My mom was proud that we made the responsible choice and everyone was bummed because they loved Nick but they understood. Hopefully he won't be gone for too much longer. I roll over to see that it's 6am.. I'm never up this early unless I'm doing a shoot which I'm not doing today... I'm home alone so I decide to go out and grab a breakfast sandwich from Renée's which is about a 15 minute drive but the breakfast sandwiches are so good they are worth the drive.

I arrived at a parking lot not too far from Renée's because they have no parking so it's about a three minute walk. As I get out of my car I begin walking with my head down looking at my phone.. Kris has been texting me because Kourtney went into the hospital but it was a false alarm. All of a sudden I bump into someone and everything in my hands fall to the ground I look up to apologize.

"Hey sorr-" I started to say while getting up before noticing it was Justin.

"Kennedy? It's so good to see you!" He said with a smile while helping with my things.

"Yeah I guess it has. When did I see you last again was it while you were cussing me out or while you were starring at my ass? I can't seem to remember." I said.

"Listen Kennedy I'm sorry" he said while extending his hand out to help me up.

"Justin I appreciate that and all but what do you want me to say" I asked.

"Can we go somewhere and talk? Like Renée's? We used to go there all the time. You love it" he said gesturing to Renées.

"If you want to talk I am not doing it in public" I said.

"Ok well where then?" He asked

"My place.. let me get my damn sandwich that I wanted to get in peace and I'll meet you there" I said while walking away.

---Khloe's house---
"So you and Nick aren't together anymore I heard" he said while looking around my kitchen.

"You heard right. Why?" I asked while pouring him a glass of water.

"Listen Kenn.. I'll be blunt. Me and Selena aren't together anymore and I want you" he said while extending his hand to try and touch mine.

"You want me... why would I get back with you when all our relationship was-- was abuse verbally and physically.. I was 16 I didn't need that!" I said while pulling away and raising my voice.

"Kennedy I'm sorry for everything I'm an alcoholic I went to rehab did my time I'm sober and I have been for 6 months." He said while getting up from his seat. "Kennedy look you are the smartest most beautiful girl I've ever seen and I was stupid to treat you in such a bad way.. I'll never forgive myself for what I did to you but i really just want a second chance to prove myself." He said.

I start to say something but the urge to kiss him grows to strong. "Justin I-" my lips connect with his and he lifts me up on to the counter knocking over the water. I heard the cup smash but I didn't care.. not right now anyways. We continue to kiss as he brings me up the stairs with my legs rapped around his hips he lays me on my bed. "Are you sure you want to do this?" He asked disconnecting our lips. "I'm sure" I said while reconnecting our lips. "Do you have a condom?" He asked while out of breath. "Yeah in the night stand" I replied.
