Chapter 44

I'm now officially four months pregnant and we have yet to tell anyone. Jack and I are the only ones that know. We wanted to make sure that everything was good and that the baby was healthy before we announced it and time kind of got away from me. I also wanted my mom to bask in her glory for as long as possible. So I have an appointment today and if everything is good we will announce it sometime soon.

Today is such a big day. The twins are graduating from Junior Kindergarten. The ceremony is pretty much a waste of time and completely unnecessary seeing as they'll be going into senior kindergarten next year. Anyway it'll be cute and they're excited so that all that matters. I walk downstairs and I'm greeted by the twins who are sitting at the table eating breakfast and Jack, who is leaning against the island feeding Noah a bottle. I took another step towards them and I get a better look at Noah, he was getting so big, he's now five months old.

"Good morning" I said as I gave Jack a peck

"Good morning" he smiled

"Morning guys" I kissed each of the twins foreheads

"Good morning mommy" they both said in unison

"Are you guys excited for today?" I asked and they nodded

"Well if you guys are good until then there will be a surprise for you" Jack hinted. His parents were back in town and would be attending the small lunch after the ceremony.

"Okay guys go grab your school bags" I said and they ran off upstairs

"Okay so plan is" I started as I walked back towards Jack "we are going to drive them to school then we will go to my appointment come back. Get changed. Then head out the ceremony then head to my mom's for that lunch she's hosting. Your parents know where she lives right?" I asked and he nodded. We successfully got everyone into the car. Noah in the middle and a twin on each side. Jack was driving and I was obviously on the passenger seat. We pulled up to the school and they both got out and were greeted by the principal who greets every child at the drop off zone.

"Bye mom bye dad" they both said in unison. It still makes my heart melt when they call Jack dad.

"Bye guys" we both replied and they waved and ran into school. We began to drive off, I began to doze off but as the car came to a stop I noticed we were already at the doctors office Jack enclosed my hand in his and when I looked up I was met with a smile. A beautiful one at that.

"Alright we're here" he continued to smile

"So we may be able to see the gender today. What are you thinking?" I asked him as I got out and walked around to grab Noah but Jack had already gotten him.

"I don't know. What ever you want I'm good with" he smiled again. I need an answer and all I get is 'I don't know. Whatever you want' that doesn't help me because I have no idea myself.

"Well I was thinking of maybe not finding out the gender. Have it be a surprise" I shrugged. There were paps so thank god my doctor is in the same building as my family doctor because if not stories would be flying. I was wearing a loose blouse and leggings so they couldn't see anything. Not that there was really anything to see just yet but you can never be too careful with the paparazzi.

"I think that's a great idea" he said as he reached for my hand and we walked in. We waited about fifteen minutes until we were called in. Not bad for a doctors office

"Mrs. Gilinsky?" The nurse called in and Jack and I both got up. We walked into a room and waited for Dr Wong.

"Mrs. Gilinsky. I like it" I smiled. See due to my career everything is still 'Kennedy Kardashian' because I have a brand and everyone knows me by Kardashian. However legally it's 'Kardashian- Gilinsky' so I don't get to hear Mrs Gilinsky too often.
