I woke up in a fright when my Mate jumped out of bed and rushed to the bathroom. I went after her, still groggy from sleep, and pulled her hair back as she emptied her stomach into the toilet. She groaned and tried to stand, but plopped onto the floor. I kissed her cheek and went to go wet a rag to put on her head. I came back to the bathroom and placed it on her, picking her up and setting her in my lap. I wiped her brow and cradled her close to me.

"I'll call the doctor." She nodded and I mind linked for a doctor to be sent over.

"If you could, Luna, I'll need a sample."

She nodded. "Of course." She disappeared into the bathroom and I turned to Julian.

"Do you really think....?"

"Her symptoms could be multiple things this is part of testing for all of them." I couldn't remember if we had used protection last night or not, but she was the Moon Goddess who knew all...she would know if she was pregnant or not, right?"

"Of course." Fae reappeared and handed the cup to Julian who bowed and left. "How you feeling, baby?" I asked, kissing her cheek.

"I'm better now. I lo-I need to talk to Baylor."

She had so suddenly changed the conversation and I was a little worried. "Uh-What?"

"Come with me." She snapped and her outfit immediately changed from her night shorts and tank top to a pair of daisy dukes with a lacy white top. She raced out of the bedroom and across the hall to where Baylor and his Mate were staying, knocking on the door that Baylor opened.

"Hey, sis, of you're looking for Serena she's in the art room."

"We came to talk to you." But after I want to talk to her about the piece for the pup's room.

Okay, baby, anything you want.

"What's going on?" He asked, letting us in. We all sat on the freshly made bed and looked at each other. I had absolutely no idea what was going on actually. Baylor sat at the head and I sat at the foot with Fae in between us.

"I know of your evolvement with them, Baylor," she said.

"Fae, I-"

"But I also know that you want out."

"We killed them all-"

"No, we didn't. Does Serena know?"

"No, and no one's gonna tell her either," he shouted. I growled at him for raising his voice at my Mate. I had a sense of what we were talking about now. "I'm done with them."

"You've been in cahoots with the rouges," I growled. "You led them to her, didn't you?!"

"The only reason I joined was to find Fae! That's it!"

"You led them to us and they killed her! If it wasn't for my mother this pack would've gone to hell!" Fae reached out to stroke my cheek, calming me instantly.

"I want you to tell her and I want you to do it quickly." Fae turned to me. "Tell the warriors to gather the bodies of those who helped us and give them a proper burial."

"And the others?"

"Whatever you want. I just want peace for those who laid down their lives for this pack."
