At 8 o'clock the next night I made my way back into the diner which easily became all very familiar to me. I grabbed my apron from behind the main desk, nodded at Ed, and walked back into the kitchen. I saw Louis and someone I had never seen before talking by the sink. Then again, I hadn't met anyone at work besides Ed and Louis.

"Hey Harry!" Louis waved.

The other man turned and smiled at me politely. I got right to work and filled the sink up with warm water and Louis continued his conversation.

"He's coming by at closing and then we'll take my car there," Louis explained.

"Hey maybe Harry would like to come with?" the man said raising his eyebrows.

"Come with where?" I asked, pouring some dish soap into the sink.

"We're going to the club to watch our friend Niall perform tonight," Louis told me.

Normally I would feel like I was intruding on other groups of friends but since I didn't really have any I decided I might as well.

"Okay, sounds good."

"Niall will probably appreciate someone else coming along. He's probably getting tired of getting stuck with the couple all the time," the man chuckled.

"Oh, you're Louis' boyfriend?" I questioned.

"Oh yeah sorry, I'm Liam nice to meet you," he grinned, reaching out a hand.

"Nice to meet you too. I'm Harry but I guess you already knew that," I said, shaking his hand.

"I'm a cook here which reminds me I should probably get back to work, catch you guys at closing," Liam waved to me a pressed a quick kiss to Louis' cheek.

I pulled out my phone to look at the time. 11:00pm. I threw a rag to wipe tables with over my shoulder and went out into the empty diner. As I was cleaning up I heard to door open and looked up to see a blonde man holding a guitar case standing at the front.

"Uh, sorry we're closed," I called out.

He jumped but then seemed to relax when his eyes met mine.

"Actually I'm just waiting some of my friends to get off work, I won't be any trouble," he quickly stated in a thick Irish accent.

"Oh you must be Niall," I said throwing the rag over my shoulder as I made my way over to him, "I'm Harry."

"Nice to meet you," he grinned.

I found myself getting lost in his eyes. He really was beautiful. For someone I just met. Did I really just think that?

"Ah! I see you two have already met," Louis shouted from behind me coming to put his arms around Niall and I, "we can leave as soon and Harry here finishes cleaning up."

I threw my rag at Louis hitting him in the face, "I think you mean when we finish cleaning up you lazy arse," I smirked.

"Cheeky aren't we?" Louis laughed, throwing the rag back at me.

"Well one of you has to do it I can't be late," Niall piped up.

"Okay let's go," Liam said casually. I looked over my shoulder to realize he had cleaned every table during our banter.

Louis held a hand over his heart. "Always so responsible, I'm so proud."

"Well someone has to be," Liam shouted from the kitchen where he was now turning off the lights.

We all went outside and hopped into Louis' car. Liam sat in the passengers seat and Niall sat beside me in the back.

"Wow Louis, a range rover. I can really tell you have problems taking your mum's money," I teased.
