She took a sharp, intake breath. Her breathing shallows and she felt her heart burning up. She heard voices behind her, threatening voices but she didn't dare turn back. I mustn't, I really shouldn't... she thought to herself but her instincts says otherwise-

"Harry, do you mind?" I sighed, saying this for the fifth time now. We were both sitting on the couch, side by side while I'm reading a book and Harry doing absolutely nothing. I swatted his lips away from my lips, annoyed. I don't usually mind it but I'm currently reading this amazing thriller and it's just at the part where the murderer is trying to get the main character.

Harry ignored me and kept going for my lips. I gave him a quick peck but apparently, he wanted more than that. He tried forcing me to kiss him but I just turned my head away.

"Harry, whatever's the matter with you? Can you please, please leave me alone for a minute? It's a really intense part and I really want to concentrate on this!" I begged him, pouting.

He nodded and finally broke off but he wrapped both his arms around my waist and nuzzled his head into my waist.

I happily continued the rest of the page but before I even got to another one, I felt like I couldn't concentrate again. I looked beside me and saw Harry staring at me, not saying a word.

"Oh Harry, for God's sake, what now?" I felt like I'm in a really foul mood today and Harry is not exactly helping matters here.

He only continued staring at me, shaking his head.

"Jesus, I can't even get through a chapter properly..." I muttered under my breath, picking up where I left.

Suddenly, a huge hand grabbed my book away from me and threw it across the couch.

"Hey, what the hell?" I demanded, only to be silenced with Harry's lips on mine. His lips felt so warm and lush. I didn't give in at first, still mad at him for doing that but his kiss is filled with so much passion and love, I couldn't help but kiss back. We ended up having a full make-out session on the couch, our bodies and lips moving in sync.

I gently tugged a few strands of his hair and he cupped his warm hands around mine. We hear each other's heartbeat and breath, our gasps for air.

Finally, with a gasp, I broke off and asked: "What was that for?" I focused on his emerald green eyes, filled with love.

"I guess I just wanted to get your attention." He whispered, biting my earlobes.

"I guess you got it..." The book thrown across the couch was long forgotten and I felt like nothing in the world mattered anymore: not the part that I was halfway reading, not the book, not everything else except for him, him and him.
