What he posted

"Smile for the camera!" Harry suddenly said and you thought nothing of it as you flipped through channels absent-mindedly, trying to look for something interesting to watch.

You turned to him and pulled a silly face. You crossed your eyes and did a duck face while he laughed at you. You giggled back because you're comfortable in being yourself when you're around him.

"HARRY I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!!!!!!!!!" You screamed, squeezing your eyes shut, a part of you hoping that if you shut your eyes hard enough, that horrible image you saw while scrolling through Instagram will disappear magically.

Because that picture that Harry posted not long ago, that horribly stupid face of yours with the accompanying caption: "Proud to say I'm in love with this idiot. :)" was all over the Internet now, making huge entertainment headlines like how adorable the both of you are and so on.

Harry chuckled, not knowing how seriously in trouble he is and taking that oppurtunity, you lunged at him, landing on top of him while he let out a cry of surprise.

"Ah, love! Calm down, calm down!" Harry soothed you while you whined.

"Harry, I look hideous in that photo! Why would you choose that pictureeeeeee....." You cried melodramatically.

Harry held you in his arms and consoled you: "Well I think you look breathtakingly amazing in that shot. The 400k and increasing likes seemed to agree as well...." He grinned while you sniffed.

"Besides darling, it just proves to me how you still look perfect and beautiful no matter what silly faces you pull. You look amazing love, trust me. I just want the world to know how beautiful and dorky my baby girl is!"

You didn't say a word, just looking at him pitifully now. He pecked you all over your face before landing on your lips last.

"Are you sure I don't look ugly??" You inquired again while he nodded firmly. 

You felt better now and didn't mind so much but you decided to play Harry for a little longer.

You pretended to wail offendedly: "Then why did Niall commented this?"

You showed him what you meant and there it was: "HAHAHAHA @Y/T/N you look like a monkey!"

Knowing Niall, you didn't take any offence to that because he's always kidding, laughing and making something that's not funny, funny.

Harry immediately explained: "Don't take this the wrong way, baby! You know Niall, he likes to play around and he never usually mean what he says...."

You burst out laughing as you watch Harry stammer, trying to get the words out as quickly as possible to console you.

Harry looked at you questioningly.

"I'm just joking, Harryyyyyy.... I don't really mind that picture, I just wanted to prank you and see how you will react if I reacted so strongly towards it." You explained through the tears in you eyes from laughing so hard.

"You should've seen yourself shitting your pants trying to come up with an explanation for Niall's comment! Of course I know that he's only joking!" You continued.

Harry shook his head ruefully and cuddled you closer, leaving a peck on top of your head. "That's my girl, not being afraid to show your true self. That's what I like about you...."

"True self being what? Dorky and stupid?" You joked, wiping away the tears in your eyes.

"True self being what makes you, you. So yes." Harry chuckled and ended it with a kiss.
