It's been about three months now, three months of attempting to change Skylar's mind, but it isn't working. Day by day, I'm losing hope and Jacob's convincing words are seeming less and less convincing.

We've told just about everyone, except for Skylar's parents. She's too scared to tell because she is afraid of their reactions. She knows they will be disappointed but honestly, the longer she avoids telling them, the worse the outcome is going to be. Plus, it's only going to get harder and harder to hide.

No one else has tried to help convince Skylar to keep it. They all want to respect her decisions. Jacob is the only one who has tried, but if I'm honest, he hasn't tried very hard. I'm in this fight alone and I don't know if I'll win.

"Babe, I'm going over to lance's. Do you want to come?"

"I guess"

"You can hang out with Lizzy"

She quickly jumped out of the chair and put her shoes on. We both made our way out to the car and to lance's house.

Skylar's POV

We all hung out for a while until Adin showed up and took the guys with him. It was just me, Lizzy, and Theo.

"Are you hungry?"

"Not really. But can I have a water?"

"Of course, I'll go get one for you"

She left the room and I waited for her to come back. I crossed my hands over my baby bump.

"Here you-" she cut herself off "Skylar, you are holding your stomach!"

"No I'm not" I said after moving my hands

"Yes you were" she smiled

"Why does it matter?"

"You better spill right now"

"Spill what?"

"Don't play stupid Skylar. You've been lying about something"

"I wasn't lying..." I sighed "...at first"
