I sat on the couch with Skylar watching dream a little dream. She has always been really into 80's and 90's movies.

"This is my favorite part" she said as she concentrated even more on the tv

I looked up to see bobby dancing around the gym while laney watched him pretty much make a fool out of himself.

"Why are you so obsessed with these movies baby?"

"I don't know. I just think that older movies are so much better than newer ones. Besides, I was born in the generation that has to keep the past generation alive" she said looking at me seriously

I chuckled slightly "you are like the only person our age that would think like that"

She smiled "I probably am"

"That's what I love about you"

"What?"

"You aren't afraid to be your own person and you still enjoy things even if no one else does"

"Everyone enjoys their own things"

"Yeah"

She looked back at the tv and I did the same.

Skylar's POV

After a few minutes tanner's phone started ringing. I looked up at him as he stood up off the couch and walked out of the house.

A few minutes later, he came back in the house and smiled widely at me.

"What babe? Who was that?"

"It was the realtor, mr. Tate"

"And?" I asked getting off the couch

"We got the house!"

"That's amazing" I said hugging him

"I'm gonna go call Bradley and Jacob"

"Ok"

We grabbed some of the boxes out of the car and took them into my room.

"Okay I'm gonna go home and start packing my things" Tanner said before giving me a quick kiss and telling me he loved me then he walked out the door

I grabbed a box and started to pack my things. We are going furniture shopping tomorrow and we're moving in in about a week.
