I stood up from my seat as everyone flooded off the plane. Tanner stood in front of me and grabbed our bags before we made our way off of the plane. I sighed as I felt my stomach growl and as if he were reading my mind, tanner turned around with that amazing smile and asked what I wanted to eat.

"To be honest, I don't care, I just need something to eat" I replied

"chick-fil-a?" He asked and I nodded my head

"Let's go to baggage claim first" I said

"Ok" he replied and grabbed my hand

After we got our bags and we finished eating, we walked out of the building. I looked ahead to see Ronda and my parents standing there. My mom smiled at me and I ran over to give them a huge hug. Before I even knew what was happening, tears started to pour out of mine and my moms eyes.

"Mom! You're here!" I cried

"I'm so sorry Sky" She said softly, looking into my eyes "I shouldn't have said those things to you or your baby" she sighed then she looked down at my bump "may I?" She asked

I nodded my head and she knelt down in front of me and placed her hand over the bump. I saw more tears fall from my mom's eyes "I'm going to be a grandma" she smiled ear to ear then pulled tanner in for a hug

She stood back up and smiled then I looked over at Ronda. She smiled and held her arms out and I gladly placed myself in them.

"Thank you" I smiled into her shoulder

"For what hun?" She asked with a grin plastered on her face

"You has to have talked to my mom. I know how stubborn she is and she never admits she is wrong, ever" I replied

"Ok, you caught me...but your mom was really upset with herself with how she acted. I just convinced her to accept that this is happening and she needed to make things right with you or she would lose the two most precious things she'd ever have" she said

"Two?" I asked

"You and that baby" she replied pointing at my bump

"Thank you for being so supportive Ronda. I really appreciate it" I smiled, kissing her cheek

"Of course hun. You know I have to support my kids no matter what" she said

"Yeah I think tanner appreciates the support" I replied

"I wasn't talking about tanner. At least not at the moment" she laughed "you know, you're like my own kid too"

"I am?" I blushed

She nodded her head and hugged me again

"I love you Ronda...just as much as I love my own mom" I said with a smile

"I love you too Skylynn" she replied

After we got home, my mom told me that she wanted to hear about everything over dinner tomorrow night. It makes me so happy to know she doesn't hate me anymore.

When I set my suitcase on my bed, Jacob came down the stairs with all of phoenix's things. He smiled before pulling me in for a hug "I'm so happy you're home" he said into my cheek

I wrapped my arms around his back and smiled into his chest "I am too. I had such a great time in London but I missed you guys"

We both released each other and I pulled Bradley in for a hug after he walked in.

I let go of him and laughed slightly "the house is spotless...I'm surprised"

"Why?" They both asked in sync

"Because I always clean up after you guys" I replied

"True" Bradley said then going into tanners room

Jacob flopped onto my bed and pressed his cheek against my pillows. I started to pull things out of my suitcase and put them away.

I threw all the clothes I used into a laundry basket and walked down the hall and into tanners room. I grabbed the used clothes out of his suitcase and chucked them into the laundry basket with my clothes and put them in the washer.

When I got back into my room, I put the suitcase in the closet then went over to Jacob.
I laughed slightly to myself when I saw Jacobs eyes closed and very soft breathes escaped his nose. He was fast asleep and Phoenix was cuddled up against his torso. I made my moves quieter and slower so I didn't wake him as I put the last few things away then sat at my desk and started working on my insurance paperwork.

After an hour or two, Jacob woke up and I heard him rustling around. When I turned around, he sat stood up rubbing his eyes.

"Did you have a nice nap, sleepy?" I asked giggling

He nodded his head slightly "why didn't you wake me?"

"Well...I would have but you looked like you were having I nice nap and I didn't want to be rude" I replied

"Hm" he said quietly "can I watch a movie or something in here? Your bed is so much more comfortable than mine"

"Of course, the remote is in the top drawer of the bedside table on the right" I replied pointing towards it

He nodded his head and I brought my attention to the hallway as tanner walked by very quickly.

"Did you see that?" Jacob asked

"What? Tanner?" I asked back

"Yeah, he usually comes to give you a kiss when he gets back...or at the very least says hi" he replied raising an eyebrow

"Maybe he's just having a bad day" I said shrugging my shoulders

I continued to look through the paper work that was tanners and I got up to go give the things he needed to fill out to him.

When I got in his room, he was sitting on the corner of his bed and he looked stressed out.

I set the papers on his desk and sat down "Are you okay babe?" I asked looking at his blue eyes

"Um...yeah I'm uh..fine" he replied

"Are you sure? Because you are acting really weird" I asked again

"I said I'm fine" he replied with his voice sounding angry

"If you're having a bad day that's fine...do you want to talk about it?" I looked at him concerned

"There's nothing to talk about" he replied bluntly

I decided just to let it go and I sighed "where were you over the last couple of hours?" I asked

"Why?" He asked looking at me harshly

"Because I was just asking. If you don't want to tell me then fine" I replied

"Well I really don't think you need to monitor my every move, skylynn" he said looking back at the floor

"Okay, what the fuck is your problem tanner? I didn't even do anything to you!" I replied looking at him furiously

He didn't say anything and I got really pissed off "all I was trying to do was make sure you are okay. But for some dumbass reason...you're acting like an asshole. Like are you seri-" I stopped talking when my eyes noticed a dark brownish-pink spot on his neck...
