"I can't believe mom and dad brought us to the very same beach house they met in." Alexis sighed as she walked down the beach with her two year younger brother Chris. Chris sighed as well.

"Yeah, but Lex, you know how much this means to them. Apparently dad stayed in the house right beside mom's. See, I think it was that one right there." Chris said as he pointed to the house Scott had stayed in with his father and step family. "And who knows, someone might just end up liking your bitchy attitude."

"Chris, don't be such an ass." Alexis huffed. She was bitchy, moody, all of the above. She also felt like that was really why she hadn't found anyone yet. But there was someone she had her eyes on.

Her (not related by blood) aunt Lydia had broken up with her (related by marriage) uncle Stiles in highschool. They had parted as friends. Then Lydia had gotten back with her douche long time boyfriend Jackson Whittemore. Then Jackson had moved to London. Lydia decided to follow. They ended up having a son while they were away. His name was Lucas and he was only one year older then her age of 16.

Alexis believed she was in love, but had no idea how to tell him. So she didn't. She just went through the motions of being the supportive best friend that she knew he would possibly need when his current girlfriend showed how much of a bitch she truly was. Her baby brother Chris however, seemed to have things down pat. He was currently dating their uncle Stiles and Derek's son, Elliot. Elliot was also 14, so it worked out.

"How do you do it?" Alexis sighed, figuring her brother had a much better understanding of the dating scene at this point. He had been dating Elliot for about a year now.

"Well, lucky for you, it looks like Lucas and the rest of the Whittemore's are going to be staying in the beach house dad did." Chris said. He smiled and waved toward the family that was carrying their bags into the beach house. Alexis saw them wave back.

"I can't do this." Alexis sighed.

"Hey, none of that. If it helps, I didn't even ask Elliot out, so I'm just as clueless as you. Which probably doesn't help. Sorry. Here's what we're going to do. I'm going to stay up all night with you and we're going to make a plan, a plan to with your man. That sounds kind of cool." Chris laughed. Alexis shook her head before she caught on to something Chris had said.

"Wait, Elliot asked you out?" Alexis asked.

"ALEXIS, CHRIS, GET UP HERE AND SAY HI TO YOUR AUNT AND UNCLE!"

"So, he told me earlier that he broke up with Sadie, which means he's a free agent. We're going to make him love you okay?" Chris started once Alexis was on the bed beside him. For some reason, the thought of making Lucas love her instead of him falling on his own just made her sad.

"No, I want him to fall on his own." Alexis replied. Chris looked up from where he was writing down ideas. He seemed surprised.

"He will, we're just going to help him." Chris replied. He would just have to switch a few things aroun-

"Am I really so bitchy that no guy will want me on their own? You said it earlier. They must find me unappealing. My attitude turns them away from liking me." Alexis sighed. Chris wanted to take back what he said while teasing her earlier. He hadn't meant it. "This was a bad idea Chris. I don't want to do this anymore."

"Hey, we don't have to stick with any plan. We don't have to plan anything actually. Just let things run their course naturally. But I was just kidding earlier. You aren't turning guys away because you have a bitchy attitude. They only turn away because they know they have no chance compared with Lucas. Lucas also thought he had no chance with you, that's why he was dating Sadie." Chris explained.
