Epilogue:

"Angelo gabi na iho! Pumasok ka na." Sabi ni Sister Florence.

Umiling si Angelo. "I'll wait for Mama and Papa po dito, Sister. I won't give up po. Nag promise po sila." Lumungkot ang boses ng bata.

Pinantayan ni Sister Florence si Angelo. "I know child. Sinabi nila sa akin isang buwan na ang nakakaraan na kukunin ka nila."

Nakita niya na lumiwanag ang mukha ng bata. "Now I like that face love. Sorry dahil natagalan kami." Sabi ng nangulilang boses.

Napatingin si Angelo sa gate ng ampunan ng marinig niya ang boses na yun at nakita niya ang bagong mama at papa niya.

He run towards them at niyakap silang dalawa. "I thought you don't love me no more. Akala ko po hindi niyo na ako kukunin." Napanguso si Angelo.

Papa and Mama kiss his forehead and that made him smile. "A promise is a promise Angelo. We love you alam mo yun diba?" Sabi ni Mama Clarissa.

"Opo." Sister Florence smile and wipe her tears. She get to experience another happy family.

Napatingin si Clarissa sa madre at napangiti. Isang buwan muna ang hinintay nila bago nila iadopt si Angelo dahil magulo pa sa mundo nila.

Napatingin siya kay Pierre. Hindi siya makapaniwala na parte na ito ng council. Vampire council to be exact. He choose to become a vampire para manatili ito sa tabi niya.

Sinabi nila kay Detective Peter ang lahat pati na rin kay Patricia after three days nung natapos ang digmaan and well it's a disaster.

After 3 days when the war ended.

"Don't joke with me son." Seryosong sabi ni Peter sa anak. Si Patricia napatakip ng kamay ng matapos ni Clarissa na sabihin lahat ng nangyari.

"It's true. I'm a vampire and we survive in a war." Napapikit si Clarissa when Detective Peter hulking form suddenly block her field of vision.

She weild her instinct as a vampire to stand down. "And you want me to believe that my son fought as well!?" Napasigaw si Detective Peter and Patricia yelp.

Pierre just look at his father and pouted when Clarissa gave him a glare. "Iyan rin ang kinaiinis ko eh. I specifically told him to stay here in the human world where it is safe but no he has to play hero and freaking waltz in our world. His human and I'm not. Get the picture? He is supposed to be safe!."

Napatayo na siya. Ito ang kinaiinisan niya ng makita sa City of Ashes si Pierre. Napatayo na rin si Pierre and glared at his mate.
