In this episode, this is Marcie.

Star and I walk to school under the cool Spring Sun. As we walk, I think about Comet, and how he's on Mewni now. I sigh, concerned about him. Maybe I shouldn't have said anything. Should've kept it simple.

"You worried about Comet?" Star asks.

"Yeah," I admit, "I wish there was something I could do."

"Try not to think about it," Star shrugs, "best not to worry and have Riley pass that on to Comet and make him feel worse. You should just try to enjoy your life until we get a chance to talk to Riley again."

"You're right," I sigh, "I just miss him."

"I heard the carnival is in town," Star smiles.

"Oh yeah," I reply, "that could be fun."

"You thinking about going with anyone?"

"I Dunno," I shrug, 'I mean-"

"Hey Marcie!" Johnson greets, catching up to us on his skateboard, "how you been?"

"Hey Johnson," I smile, "decent. You?"

"Pretty good," he smiles back skillfully stepping off his skateboard in such a way it goes into the air and into his hand, "any word from Comet?"

"Nah," I sigh, "not yet."

I look at Johnson, with his sweet smile and blonde hair with that cute blue streak. I always had a bit of a soft spot for him. I had a much larger crush on Comet, but he loves Tiffany and I need to move on anyways...

"You hear about the carnival?" I inquire.

"Yeah," Johnson replies, "I'm planning on going this evening. Wanna tag along?"

"It's a date," I smile, trying to force any thoughts of Comet out of my mind.

"Really?" Johnson asks, "huh, works for me. See you then!"

Johnson smiles at me, gets back on his skateboard, and rides off.

"Wait," Star asks, "you just, giving up on Comet?"

"I mean," I sigh, "I'm just gonna live my life. Maybe some day, but fro now, Comet loves Tiffany, so, I have to move on."

"You gonna accept Lucifer's offer then?" Star inquires.

"Nah," I reply, "for now, I'm just gonna live my life, but I'm gonna keep my options open for the future. Come on, let's get to school..."

I sit on my balcony, looking out over the courtyard. I miss Earth so much. I feel so lonely here. I wanna talk to Marcie about what she said. I want to see Tiffany again. I want to see mom and dad. I want to see my friends.

My face glows green and I begin to cry, overwhelmed by losing everyone at once. I don't think I can take much more of this...

"Hey Comet," Riley steps on the balcony, "are... are you OK?"

"I'm fine," I lie, wiping away my tears, "how's the Ballard coming along?"

"It's coming along OK," Riley smiles, "but let's focus on the task at hand. I'll be able to contact your friends soon, anything I need to say to any of them? Marcie in particular?"
