Kidnapped

9 days until I go mad.

It's early morning. I wake up to the morning sun creeping in my window. Nine days. I have nine days to save my sister from the curse and take my rightful throne. I have to make a plan. I can't just stay here.

I exit my room, deep in thought, thinking about Star. Wondering if she has a plan. Personally, I'm at my wit's end. I just hope, despite my rocky past with her, she doesn't fall to that wretched curse...

I sit in my room, thinking. I have nine days. Nine days left of sanity before I go mad. What am I gonna do? If I don't think of something soon...

I decide to call Ponyhead. I walk up to my mirror.

"Call Ponyhead," I demand.

The mirror rings, and I get an automated message. I hear Heinous's voice, "we regret to inform you that this prince was in need of rehabilitation for being a bad influence on a princess. They have been taken to Heinous's new school, now sponsored by Moon Butterfly. They will not be accepting visitors or calls. Have a nice day."

The mirror goes to magical, purple static, and shuts down. Moon... man, she really is crazy. I just have to get someone else off the throne. I know there's still good in Moon. She's fighting the curse. I just have to find some way to save her from it. Maybe if I can get someone else to rule Mewni, it'll stop? I should at least be able to get her help, but for now, the task at hand...

I have to save Ponyhead, and I need someone who's dealt with Heinous before...

I sit with Marcie on the couch, watching TV. Jimmy VS the Forces of Darkness. Good show. We just finished the season two finale. Marcie is actually crying. "Why are you crying?" I ask.

"Why are you NOT!?!" she exclaims, "did we watch the same thing?"

"So?" I ask, "she should've said something sooner. Cut and dry, her fault. She had it coming."

"She was dropping hints for two seasons," Marcie argues.

"Kid had no formal education," I remind, "he's kinda thick. If she really cared about him, she'd had figured that out."

"That's insensitive. We both know the demon girlfriend was the real reason she didn't say anything."

"Eh, he's off to be king. It's better this way."

"But what about love?"

"This was Jimmy's goal the start. If she loves Jimmy, she'll let him go."

"I think Tiffany's a bad influence on you."

"If it's any consolation, she's on thin ice."

"Really?" Marcie sounds oddly hopeful, most likely cause she doesn't wanna deal with Tiffany anymore.

"Yeah," I shrug.

"Who would you ask out if you dumped her?" Marcie inquires with an odd look of hope. I wonder why.

"I guess..." I sigh, "uhhhhh... I'd stay single. Focus on my kingdom."

"Oh," Marcie looks away, "that's fair I guess."

My mirror rings with a call from Star.

"I gotta take this," I explain, "may be important. If I open a portal, I'll be back."

"Alright," Marci gets up, "I have to go prepare to earn my orange belt anyways. See ya later."

"See ya," I reply heading up to my room. I answer the call on my wall mirror.
