"jagi?" a soft yet husky voice whispered into my ears.

i groaned as i pushed the figure hovering above me away as a small smile secretly crawled up my face.

"jagiya~~~" daniel cooed again as he leaned closer to me and wrapped his strong hands around my waist.

i could feel my heart racing as daniel's hot breath tickled my neck.

"i'm tired..." i whined as daniel still refused to let go of me.

"but you promised me we would go on a date today!" daniel pouted.

"but work this week was really exhausting, i don't really feel like going out. next week, next week i promise we will go on a date okay baby?" i told daniel, showing him my puppy eyes.

"ugh, alright alright. how could i ever say no to you?" daniel pretended to be sad. i felt really bad. i knew daniel wanted to go on a date but i was always busy and unable to spend alot of time with him due to my busy work.

"sorry baby," i apologised as i wrapped my arms around his neck and gave him a light peck on his pink lips. he immediately blushed and smiled adorably.

gosh, he just melts my heart so much.

we, more like i, ended up sleeping late into the morning. well, i wasn't exactly a morning person.

half-dazed, i heard the door open and saw a figure walking in.

i opened my eyes slightly to see my boyfriend jumping onto the bed beside me.

"jagi, are you gonna' wake up anytime soon?" he pouted.

i checked the clock hanging on the wall opposite our bed, it was already 12.39p.m.

"yeah," i said as i sat up from the bed. daniel broke into a huge smile and cheered.

"i was so damn bored the whole morning," he complained.

"i know, alright, now that i'm awake, let's do something together. what do you want to do?" i asked him with a small smile.

"let's have lunch first, i cooked kimchi fried rice!" daniel said proudly.

"wah, jinjja?" i chuckled at him and he nodded adorably before grabbing my hand gently and leading me out to the living room.

after lunch, daniel suggested we watch a movie in bed together and i agreed.

daniel wanted to watch fantastic beast and i went along with whatever he wanted. i knew he was an avid fan of harry potter fan.

we cuddled on the bed as the movie played.

"yah, i'm going to get so fat lying down again right after lunch," i said.

"i don't care how fat you are, the fatter you are, the more cuddly you get," daniel giggled as he pinched my nose making me wince and glare at him playfully.

the movie played about halfway through and i was already getting a little tired. i wasn't a movie person and i couldn't really stay awake when watching movies. to simplify things, i just love sleeping so much. plus daniel's arm was wrapped around my waist and i was lying on his broad chest. it was so comfortable that i couldn't help myself from dozing off.

soon enough, both my eyes closed and i fell into a deep slumber.

i finally woke up after who knows how long, i was surprised daniel didn't wake me up after the movie ended but i suddenly heard soft snores.

i looked up to see daniel sleeping peacefully beside me. and gosh, he is the cutest thing ever asleep.

i chuckled as i tried to get off the bed without waking daniel up. but a strong arm suddenly pulled me back down. i gasped as daniel lay in front of me, his face so close to mine and his lips curved into a small smile.

no words was exchanged. we just locked eyes with each other but so much emotions was expressed.

daniel pulled me closer to him so that our nose were touching, he slid both his hands around my waist and tangled our legs together. i felt my heart racing, everytime i make such close physical contact with daniel, butterflies can't help but erupt in my tummy.

"god, why are you still so pretty even after you just woke up," he whispered.

i blushed as i looked down at his chest, unable to maintain eye contact with him.

he gently placed his fingers on my chin, lifting my chin up so that he was looking into my eyes again.

his fingers slowly traced up my jawline before caressing my lips so ever gently.

"i love you jagi," he whispered again as he leaned in closer to close up any possible gap that was still there in between us.

"i love you too," i whispered back before our lips locked in a deep kiss.
