"c'mon let's go get snacks from the food truck!" erika exclaimed excitedly as soon as they stepped off the roller coaster ride.

guan lin had brought erika on a date, since their exams were over and their school term break had arrived.

"what are you? a three-year-old?" guan lin chuckled playfully earning a pout from his girlfriend.

"fine, fine," guan lin said as he pinched erika's nose gently before interwining his fingers with erika's and following her to the food truck.

"what do you want to get?" guan lin asked erika as she placed her fingers on her chin, scanning through the menu before ordering pretzels and a slushie.

guan lin payed for it and once he got the food, erika's hand reached out for it at the speed of lightning. but guan lin was faster. he raised his hand holding the food into the air, teasing erika.

"yah! lai guan lin!" erika whined as she tried tip toeing to get the food from guan lin's hand, but to no avail.

guan lin chuckled as he watched his girlfried try to take the food from him adorable.

"try getting it from me," guan lin said as he took a piece of pretzel and placed it between his lips. erika took the cue to tip-toe and used her mouth to take the pretzel from guan lin quickly.

their lips brushed for a moment which made both of their hearts flutter.

"ahhh," guan lin cooed and erika opened her mouth as he gave her some pretzels.

erika munched on them happily like an innocent puppy.

as guan lin slurped on the slushie, erika turned to him took the other straw in her mouth.

their close proximity made both of their hearts race, guan lin was a little shock at first at his girlfriend's daring gesture but his lips quickly curved into a small smile.

they locked eyes, nose touching and it was the perfect moment for them to release their straws from their mouth and lean in for a kiss.

but then, erika mischievously lifted her straw out of the cup with her mouth and splattered the slushie all over guan lin's face.

erika broke out into giggles as she watched guan lin's shocked face.

"yah kang erika!" guan lin yelled, pretending to be angry although a smile was plastered on his lips. he placed the pretzels and slushie down onto the table before chasing erika who was laughing while trying to escape from her boyfriend.

guan lin soon caught up with erika as he grabbed her arm and slammed her against the wall gently at a deserted corner behind the food truck.

erika was still trying to hold back her laughter and guan lin was still pretending to be mad.

"yah you, you're getting daring huh," guan lin said as he towered over erika. erika leaned back into the wall, still trying to contain her laughter.

"i...i'm.. s...orry...it was an...accid...ent..." erika said in between her laughs.

"accident huh," guan lin smirked and erika nodded.

"sorry..." erika said again playfully with a small smile.

"apology not accepted," guan lin frowned.

suddenly, erika went on her toes again as she wrapped both her arms around guan lin's neck, pulling him closer to her before giving him a peck on his lips.

"sorry jagi," she whispered against his lips.

guan lin's heart raced. he was supposed to be mad at erika. but she was messing up his feelinds again.

"apology accepted?" erika asked adorably as she locked eyes with guan lin.

"i'll think about that," guan lin said huskily before bending down slightly and locked his lips with mine.
